Rest day today. Had to unload a truck by myself which sucked. Especially the 3 ellipticals that weigh 650-700lbs by a dolly. I'm gonna have a long ass talk with my workers on Monday.

Libido is up. Way up. Muscles are filling out quite a bit. The reps and weight have increased a decent amount so far.

haven't read the log yet but i read trest and limits which reminded me od my 300mg oral trest run. at 150+ trest starts to sgow its real potential which is strenth and mass gains that beat a gram of deca with fatloss and very low sides.

Holy sh!t bro. 300mg oral a day? I'd be a raging Superman lol. Trest is great though.

I can see a significant difference in my physique. Its not just to Trest though. The Cerberus has firmed me up A LOT. I'm noticeably more vascular already. Strength is up. This cycle has helped my shoulder muscles. In getting more stable in my presses.

Oh and I had broke my oral thermometer at the beginning of this cycle. So I was eyeballing my DermaTrest dosage. I just bought a new one and it turns out I was under dosing lately so I am gonna run the cycle until it runs out. It'll probably extend it to 9 weeks or so.

What do you guys think of upping the Trest to 125 or 150? Do you think there would be a noticeable difference? I'm good as far as sides go.
