Topical 7-Keto

I just got out of a otherwise horrible relationship myself, she is finally moving out and I went from being 185 and lean when she moved in to 195 and back where I started last March. Needless to say, my recomp could REALLY use this and cortisol is definitely the culprit for my fat gain. You know my logs are detailed and can do before/after pics as well.

btw, if you are looking for a girl to run this as well, my girl works out-weights and lots of cardio- and wants to lose a little bit of belly fat she has- it isnt much, but she sees it and wants to lose it..
 
It's in an alcohol base, so it's going to small to a certain extent. It's just perkolating now, so you will have the product shipping to testers next week.

Just got a package here at work ;)

I'll admit, I was a bit confused when I first looked at it because of the shipper's information, but after opening it, I knew what it was.

The bottle has no label (which I was somewhat expecting), but I was hoping we could get a definite answer on the amount per spray since there was a bit of debate over that initially.

I'd also love to hear some recommended usages on this from the kind people at LG :)

I will get a log set up this evening.

Alright, just talked to Eric..Info was supposed to go out, something on the warhouse side...

So one bottle is 48 servings..

6 pumps = 1 serving
1 serving = 25mg of 7-keto

you guys can use it as you see fit.. 2 servings to start with ?

Thanks, bro.

So, for a recommended dose/day say 6 sprays after a shower once dry on the love handles (for example) in the morning and then another 6 sprays before bed?

Something like that sound good? Any other recommendations or input would be great :)

(gonna get the thread set up in a few)

This would make the bottle last 12 days if my math is right... not the longest duration bottle. Let's hope the 24 day dosing strategy yields good results, that would be much better for all of us.
