Ok time for the final review. I suck at these just a fair warning.

Strength on this was very good. Seemed to add weight on my lift each week. Basically had to guess what I was going to use each workout it was increasing that much. In addition to strength I really seemed to harden up. More muscular than I thought possible in such a short time on an AI. Seemed like the gda properties helped keep me lean when I woke up after killing some carbs post workout in the PM.

The thing that set this apart most though was the joint pain. I didnt have any. Which anyone who runs AIs knows it is a fine line between being effective and killing joints. This alone makes it worth a shot in my book.

Would be interested to see how it performed at a higher dosing for an extended period of time.

Nice review man. I got about a week left and Im really feeling the same way at this point :)

Haha at first I thought that maybe she wasnt looking at me, but it seemed to be clear she was. It wasnt like there were many people there at the time. When I lift I am pretty light hearted. Tend to laugh and be pretty loud haha. UNLESS there are a bunch of idiots then I get mad and want to start tossing things.

Shoot no bulk going on here. Got the book for the diet and it explained A LOT. There is a "preparation phase" for people trying to cut/recomp. It is 10 days of low carb. Coffee has become my best friend haha.

Oh god I know I would. When I start my cut I'm not having any cheat days for at least 4-6 weeks. I would live through your log mmmm :)
 
The goal is the drop to 210 or so. Oh and of course deadlift a ton of weight :sgrin: I want to realize my goal of deadlifting 3 times my bodyweight. Of course finally getting the 700 pound monkey off my back would be cool too.

I weighed in at 233 on Tuesday.

Well that is the first goal. There isnt really a set weight I want to get to. But I figure I have more than enough fat to be able to drop 23 pounds.

I wanna lift 700 lbs...... but if you do it at 210?! wowweee....

Honestly IDK what my body fat is. Pretty sure it is 20ish to be realistic with myself. Ya I try and keep my stats updated on here somewhat.
