Honestly I really wish I had taken some starting pics now. The more I really observe my body the more changes I see and feel. To be honest I dont notice changes very well. The evidence has to be right in front of me. Which is harder to see day to day. With that said my body is changing QUICKLY. It is started to look like it belongs to someone who actually works out. My muscles are full and my veins are popping.
This sounds promising! Might have to add this to my list of "try this one" for a go.
I know im late. but my two cents about ecdy.... I heard you have to take alot of it and the stuff is not cheap and if you compare gains to money. not worth it. thats what I came up with. cause I thought aboit ecdy at one time too

LOL! When I was about 4 years old, we lived in town and had a pair of grouchy old people for neighbors. No kidding, she would lay down on the garage floor and have the door up just enough to fit the barrel of her bb gun. After school let out, she would lay there and shoot any kids that stepped on her grass! Even if it was just barely off the sidewalk, BLAM!! Crazy old bat!!

Just be careful when you get started with Crossfit. Lesson #1: Check your ego at the door. It will take time to get used to the variety of workouts you will be doing. I had a friend who did Crossfit for about a year and was a big advocate of it. And then one day he just straight quit. When I asked him why he said that amongst all types of sports training, Crossfit is the most injury prone. He ended up having a slipped disc in his back that required him to wear a brace for awhile. He has since moved on to 5/3/1 and is loving it but after hearing his story I always like giving people a heads up about it! Take your time with it and adjust slowly! Don't get hurt!
