How old is said computer, if it is more than 2 years old its time to just scrap it. Past 5 years computer comonent prices have dropped more than 50% I have a near top of the line laptop, everything is the best except GPU, which is second best, and it cost me 1500. I can build a top of the line desktop for about 1,000, including monitor and peripherals.

If thats not an option though, ask him if it even posts, you will hear a beep when it starts, if you hear no beep then your motherboard is fried, at least. Surge that fried it could have fried everything else also.

Actually some have an option to turn the beep off, there is a spot on the motherboard if you open up the computer that will say CMOS. It is very small and should be towards the edge somewhere, it will be 2 or 3 pins sticking straight up with a little tiny lego (jumper) on top. Pull that piece off, and then pull out the watch battery that will be nearby. Then put that piece back on and put the battery back in. Then start the computer, if it doesnt beep you know its fried :)

I'd also look to see if your mobo has a display that reads a code. For example my mobo would cycle through codes on startup and would stop at "FF" or "Fully Functional". If there was ever a halt in the boot process...I could google the code and know why. Also, if your computer is beeping a certain number of beeps...you can try to determine what that beep code is telling you (it'll be a beeping pattern that repeats every time you power off and power on) by determining the manufacturer of your mobo and google that code.

Hope he get's back on here soon!

Tom is probably THEE strongest, non-competitive Dead lifter I e-know. The only other guy on this board with DL numbers like that is that USPLabs sponsored athlete who actually competes and ranked really high for (relative to BW) DL numbers.

My 610 lb. Deadlift isn't TOO far behind. :p LOL

yeah i thought i read something about that last wo that posted.
the mans hitting 620 on the dl,
only about 400 more and he'll be up there with that johnnie jackson dude

I've got Stan Efferding over Johnnie Jackson in this years strength contest. I knew Jackson would beat out Ben White last year, but Stan is no joke. Also, Bob Cicherello said that he's opening up this strength contest to all pro's and to include people in the NPC. It'd be really cool if an amateur takes it.

And those overhead squats ain't no joke. They friggin' suck.:rasp: :veryhappy:

Like doing a snatch and then continuing to squat it with arms straight overhead supporting the weight. A very awkward but rewarding movement.

Where's Tommy Boy at!! Were missin ya bro! And yeah those numbers are SICK!!!!!!

Coolazice, you are indeed a cool one bro. It's very nice of you to post up Tom's workouts until he gets this computer issue fixed.

Tell Tom that the Thundergod said that was a truly inspirational workout.
Real nice Deadlifts. :yup:

Hell ya he is I cant thank him enough.

Thanks man, I want to go up but Ben just got back from a DL injury(not back) so slow and steady jumps in weight. 5 pounds every 2 weeks. Heavy 1 week reps the next then heavy. I think I could have gotten more easy but 15 pound jump was enough

HOT DAM!!! 620 x 1 is friggen NASTY!!! DAM!!!

Thanks built to DL

It would be more impressive if I wasnt tipping the scales at 235.

Damn good.

isnt someone else posting updates for him?
correct me if im wrong

Coolazice is thank goodness.

That's fine, so long as he doesn't take the CEO approach to working out. :nono:

Hell no I love doing work.

CEO Amahawk is working on a merger in Japan to satisfy his senior share holders.

Tom's computer is broken, so Coolazice is posting his workouts for him.

LMAO

Posting all that took a lot out of me. I facking HATE laptops and they HATE me. Most annoying things ever. Idk how much longer till I get my computer fixed but hopefully soon.

Thank u to everyone for sticking around and the support.

Ok going back into hiding. Not lifting today will tomorrow. It will be arms and UFC 118 is tomorrow. Will be going to the same friends appartment as last time so there will be girls there. Should fill out my shirts well with an added 10 pounds from last UFC event.

No, he wasn't bored. He's pumping up to impress those hunnies that are coming over to watch the UFC 118. :boobies::laugh:

He's just going to eat a lot of rice and drink a ton of water, then work out arms 4 times a day. Do pushups every time he goes to the bathroom. Get a nice good water/carb pump and keep it up.

LOL

Lat Pull-Downs
T-Bar Rows 270x15
Behind the Neck Pull-Downs

Solid lift! Is his computer down again???

Actually, it was never back up. He was using his parents laptop... the one he hates with a passion. As of yesterday he was debating on whether to spend the $200+ to fix his or buy a new computer. It sounds as if he's strongly leaning towards the new one though.

Rockin workout! Some awesome numbers there. Tell him to get his a$$ to BestBuy, pickup a new one and be done with it.

Thats just nasty!!! 550 x 5 GOOD GOD!!! hahah!!!

405 for 16 is ridiculous. That's not normal for regular people. I think Tom has learned to manipulate the MATRIX.

Yeah that's f'in crazy!

I watched a natural BBer pull 545x9 in my gym the other day with no belt...crazy ****. That same BBer hit 405x27 when he was pre-contest. There is a youtube video to prove it lol
