Military to front to my nose 135*10 I did probably like 7 sets. Went more for a pump. Last set was close to failure at 15 reps.
Decline hammer strength: 3 plates 12 reps
Standing cable later raise: 15*15 for 3 sets
Incline Flyes: worked up to 50*9 then 60*5 (first time trying these liked)
Standing 1 armed front raise: 20 reps each set weight 20, 25, 30
Bent over rear delt flyes: 15*20, 20*20, 25*15
Shrugs smith machine wide grip: 3 plates for 2 sets idk how many reps

Ya actually got the idea from another well more like saw and jacked lol. It just works out better for me bc I have always had trouble working up a split that gave me enough rest between the 2. Oh I will def be sore good thing Cindy MIGHT be here to give me a massage and what not :veryhappy: plus if not might hang out with Lindsey who gives a good massage. I guess it pays off to hang out with a chick who can deadlift 275 for reps lol. Oh even in my flannel I looked like a beast. Thanks man and ya I got a little carried away. Thanks man Id love to put 365 up for bench. It ended up being a marathon workout.

I actually dont know who she is staying with. I havent mentioned him and neither has she. Figure if it comes down to it I will just play dumb about his existance.

All I have to say is when she comes back into town happens to be at an interesting time almost like that sh1t was fate or something :ponder:

Cindy: sure is doing a lot of "talking" will be interesting to see if she shows. Started talking to her on Myspace back in October. Didnt take long b4 I saw pics I cant post on AM. She invited me down but wasnt sure she was really a she so off and on texting for a while. Then we finally talked on the phone. She is supposed to be coming into town tomorrow and staying at a hotel.
Lindsey: Very cool chick to hang out with and she lifts. Def not a girly girl. Seems like it will take a while before she becomes emotionally attached if ever. If it wasnt for effort on my part we wouldnt still be talking.

I wanted to lift in a sweat shirt but couldnt find one. Need I remind u I live in GA and it has been hovering around 90-100 degrees outside. They keep the fitness center ice cold.

Well that day we(Lindsey and I :veryhappy: ) were just shooting a 12 gauge and a .45 Springfield XD. Also have a .357 Ruger and an old .22 LR. Only took taget load for the shotgun. If we ever go again I want to get her to shoot some big boy rounds :D

Was going to do another superset but saw a buddy who does strongman and started talking to him. He says he is going to do deadlifts so I jump in. These were done without shoes on and just using chalk.

Had a good time with Lindsey just hung out a bit. Real chill night... slow and steady with this one. I wont be mad when things move along.

Saturday did a relatively short back workout for me at the fitness center. Time contraint so only did about 12 sets. Pull ups, seated cable rows, unilateral pulldowns.
Then later I went and met up with Marc at the gym. Worked chest didnt go heavy mainly got a good pump going. Get some blood into the muscles.

Then I went to a party for a while. Didnt really know too many people but it didnt really matter. Had a decent time. I wont even mention the girls that were there :theyareontome:

Alright some lady reports:
While at the gym with Marc I brought up Nicole. We have discussed her before lol. Talked about going up and visiting her. He basically said as long as she has a hot friend he will be good so no worrying about that. I am going to talk to Nicole about it some more. Hopefully it will be within a month.

Cassi where to begin with this chick. So she sent me pics of her with her tongue ring. I mean I asked bc I was a bit curious. Anyway I bring up her visiting and she says her bf is coming with her and that I can meet him. Of course I sarcastically say "Ya that would be fun." I guess she didnt pick up on the sarcasm. Anyways she says he is nice and blah blah blah blow my c0ck and balls. I have never met a girl's bf who was "thrilled" to meet him. Even chicks I am just friends with and have negative interest in. So I dont think I will be meeting up with Cassi and her lil boyfriend.

My leg workout was good. Now I am walking all funny and stairs are evil.
Squats 5*5 with 365
Front squats 3*10 with 135 mainly getting comfortable with the motion again especially after squats.
Leg curls 4*12 with 170 right hammy has been acting funny
Seated calf raise 3*15 with 90

Well Im seriously sore from legs yesterday. Stairs feel like a mountain. My whole lower body is basically hurting.

About to go to the FC and do chest and shoulders. Im thinking incline bb will be the heavy set. Im going to make sure I kill it today. Oh ya I told I look like a "dirty mexican" yesterday and that I looked like I belonged in front of Home Depot. Please dont take that as racist. I do have a somewhat hispanic look and I was wearing a flannel with a baseball hat on while working out.
 
Workout went well hit 225 on incline for 11,9, and then 7. Military was a bit off but I didnt rest very long in between sets. Decline hammer felt harder but still pumped them out good. Lateral raise was done with DB this time. Incline flyes I used more weight and got a few extra reps. Rear delts did a different lift but it felt light. Worked in some abs and finished off with shrugs.

Alright so I think the workout get up is getting attention as in "who the fack is that guy wearing a flannel and a hat?" I will say this though today there were plenty of girls to check out almost to the point of being distracting. One fine girl was there with her bf and it was funny to watch him look to see where she was after every set. I saw a group 3 hot girls from a distance. Got a little closer and it turned out to be 2 hot girl and 1 decent girl(the reason I did abs). There were more but those were the notables.

There is this couple at my gym, the chick is.... flawless i'd say. She comes in alone sometimes and no matter what machine i'm on she always asks me if im using the machine next to it. I say 'no' and she uses that machine to balance herself while she stretches, taking off a piece of clothing after each stretch till she is down to her sports bra and spandex pants. Besides the fact that I'm married and faithful - her husband is a 6'2", 250lbs. ex-marine but nevertheless its fun to watch these things unfold.

Glad to see u in my log. Did u ever pick a cycle? I think Im closing in on what I want to run next.

My legs are hurting to the point I dread going up and down stairs. Might seriously have to cut down on leg work. Really need to be running anyway.

Oh ya and Im trying out Anadraulic State GT today.
 
I took the ASGT today but didnt get the workout I would have liked. Wasnt in there very long so cant really gauge it. I will say my aggression was up and running. And damn did I sweat.

So Im really hoping this whole visiting Nicole thing pans out. Because that whole Cindy thing sucked. Been talking about wrestling her. Nicole thinks she can take me so I know she is crazy. Here is another fun idea she threw out "I could throw a buncha water on the floor in the kitchen, we can slide around in our underwears! That's how i'm gunna break in my new house. :D"
