Haha well I dont have any of Cassi even if I did I wouldnt do that just not my style. And Im not joking when I said I DELETED Cassi.

I am going out in 93 degree(feels like 100 apparently) weather to punish myself. If I dont post up in a little bit I might have succumbed to a heat stroke.

Did a decent amount of work load but cut it short. West Nile Virus doesnt sound too appealing to me honestly.

I planned on taking some pics of the tire, cinder blocks, and snake tubing but like I said I was being eaten alive.

Life has an interesting way of working I must say.
I def need to apply my Formestane. Been a little off today. Hopefully it sets me back on track. Should sleep pretty well tonight.

Conditioning was:
12 2 handed side arms tire throws then carry 2 cinder blocks 60 yards
8 2 handed side arms tire throws then carry 2 cinder blocks 60 yards
10 2 handed straight up between the legs tire throws then carry 2 cinder blocks 60 yards
10 2 handed straight up between the legs tire throws then carry 2 cinder blocks 60 yards
Finished off with run with 120 yards.

If I dont learn anything from this experience Im destined to fack up again later.

It ended up being a lot cool I think. Didnt feel like it was 95 but I sure as hell sweat. I am adding in the Alpha-T2 tomorrow so even more sweat. Tomorrow might be another pull day or say screw the set up and do legs. Probably do some walking later in the day to make my farmer's tan even worse.

Saturday will be doing Insanity with a UGA cheerleader :fing02: Hopefully she invites some friends over :sgrin:

I want to add more to my conditioning workout as in variety. Wish I had some chains to pull stuff along the ground and the ropes they use.
