guess, i'll seperate those out. I omitted the WMS today and only felt a little queasy. so i will go back to my original formula and add the other stuff later.
 
UPDATES:

Wednesday was an OFF DAY.
Yesterday was legs. I also got sick after working out. I had changed up my workout cocktail (added poseidon, taurine, and 2 scoops WMS) I am thinking it was because of these changes. Stayed home most of the day.

It seems to be lately that everytime it is leg day, we decide to play soccer against the kids. :frustrate So i can barely walk today. it was 3 adults against 10 eight year olds playing full field soccer.

Today was chest/shoulders/Bis.
workout was killer. I use this adjective quite a bit, but there really isn't much more of a better way to describe them. I am in the zone and hitting the weights hard. This whole week has been TUT. My Biceps were so pumped, that i could barely wash my hair after my workout! :head:

straight bar curl: 90x4(10sec rest)x4(10sec rest)x4. two sets like this immediately followed by hammer curls with 3 sec eccentric movement.

Diet has been great. although, i broke down and have added a certain "supplement" into my arsenal and had to add additional carbs in as it forces the glycogen into the muscles. I am only doing 3 weeks of it at 20mg to get a good jump on the game. I am planning a killer stack for my cut in jan/feb!

Taurine and WMS only bother me if I combine them with NO supps.
 
i mixed 4 scoops Xtend, 1 scoop substance, 2 scoops (28g)WMS, 1 scoop green magnitude, 2 scoops poseidon, 1 scoop (5g) taurine. all this in a half gallon jug. I normally use just the XTend, Green Mag, and Substance.

no, the watermelon substance, green apple green mag and lemonade Xtend over power everything

but, i am going back to JUST those. actually, just opened the lemonade green mag, so now i got 2 lemonade flavors and a watermelon.

I'll take the other stuff later.

good work soldier.....look at it this way,if you keep making similar gains like that over time your gonna make amazing recomp changes...It takes time,..to gain/loose,or whatever...most people are only in it to make overnight gains,and oh lets say(m-drol) do all the work for them...if you look at it from a health standpoint,and positive lifestyle then you won the game at the end of the day!.. Keep with it kid,..Good job!!

UPDATE:

Off day! Diet was on par. Everything else is good.
I am sore as all get out. My muscles feel very FULL and are nearly to the point of being too full, if it is possible.

Supplements:
I have determined that the BA is causing my stomach distress. I eliminated it today and was much better. I will see how it goes for a few days and try and re-introduce it to make sure.

Last week was pretty bad diet and training-wise. I had a library conference and the hotel gym sucked and i drank a little too much and ate a little too much. I forgot my charger for my laptop so i couldn't get online either....

thigh: 22.5 (+.5)

so not bad numbers, but not great either.

Last week was pretty bad diet and training-wise. I had a library conference and the hotel gym sucked and i drank a little too much and ate a little too much. I forgot my charger for my laptop so i couldn't get online either....

I was in that black hole the other day. Didn't see poopypants, though, it was too dark. Rosie O'donnel's hoohah is a scary place.

Absolutely slaughtered my legs tonight......
squats and lunges and about every other exercise you could throw at them....

moved 8160lbs. :thumbsup:

trouble is i have STAIRS in my house! :frustrate

can't beleive the sweat i worked up, too! Definitely burned a TON of cals!

i added up all the weight i was doin for a bodypart a couple days ago its crazy just to think about it.
 
with the constant variation i have with my workouts, it is hard for me to see progress (strength-wise) so i thought i would base it on total weight moved to keep track of my progress better.....

makes you feel good, though, doesn't it? :think: :lol:

thats actually a cool idea just to see how many total pounds you went up.
 
i'm here.......

had a busy week last week. Been working out and growing still!

as of today:
Weight: 188.2
Biceps: 14.75 (+.25)
Waist: 37.25 (+.25)
Thigh: 22.5
Chest: 41

The diet slipped recently, and thats possibly the increase in waist size. Could be adding some muscle under all that fat, too.........who knows. I am gonna tighten up the diet agian and see how it goes. But strength and size seem to continue to increase! :thumbsup:

SHOULDERS/BACK

I am VERY sore sitting here typing this message. I have had a killer week this week. Did legs on tuesday and i am STILL sore. Did chest/arms yesterday and I am insanely sore. Can barely lift my arms right now! :D

I have decided that we are starting to cut the fat in 4 weeks. That gives me about 10 weeks before my 30th birthday (Feb 3). I want to be in the best shape of my life at 30 and progress from there. So this shoudl be pretty sick! We are adding as much muscle/size between now and thanksgiving and then the pain really begins.

Once we reach my goal on Feb 3, I will have 4 weeks to add some more MASS before the Arnold and still come in lean and mean! I gotta keep up with sublime, afterall!

Supplement update: NONE! cleaning my system out to try some BRAND NEW products from AX. I will be doing the Creatine and ??? our new ANABOLIC! :jaw:

I did Yard work on Saturday for about 6 hours, so i took Sunday off. There was this super hard metabolic that haiz and Heath were talking about...............so i took the challenge. I told them i was gonna do 4 circuits, no problem! Well, i managed to get through 2. LOL! SH!T was HARD! I push pressed 135 for reps of 5, that is an all time high for me. :dance:

Basically, the circuit consisted of 45 total reps spread among almost every upper body part all in a row. 8 exercises total with a 2 minute rest and then back at it again.

Update on the cut. The new "anabolic" isn't going to be ready for me as soon as originally promised (go figure! :lol:) so i am going to start SDNG/FX/HD for my cut. Trip told me to add some Clen (dunno if i will) and i have some epi i plan to start in january.......so i am excited all in all to finally see these damn abs that have been hiding all my grown life. :head:
 
I would do the clen if I were you...after you shred up with the others....don't use them all together.

I have found Clen much more effective at the lower fat %'s.
 
UPDATE: Chest and Back.

Had one of the BEST workouts in a while tonight!
went up on ALL lifts and even PR'd a few.

did 3 sets of 6 pullups, slow, controlled and pause at the bottom. that doesn't seem like much, but it is for me! :dance:
