UPDATE:
Legs today. SLDL 205x5, 205x6, 205x5 (same weight as last week but a few more reps.
My hamstrings were burning at the end of this workout, so that is good!
Diet has been anything but stellar today. Had a business meeting and the only choice was the boxed lunch they brought in.I had tunasalad, though, so i kept the protein somewhat high and then some beefjerky on the drive home.

a little bit of both, right now........So Mace how are you doing stat wise with this. Leaning out, building muscle?? I can't wait to see the new you at the Arnold.
Mace is about to really step up his training for the next 4 weeks! He decided he wanted to do 2 metabolic training days! 1 for lower or more of a cardio based/ the other for upper or more strength based. While still training in every energy system KICKING UP THE METABOLISM to the 10th%!
I cannt wait to see his reactions to this 2 day a week Meta Training!

figure out how many cals you are consuming.......you may not be cutting ENOUGH out, and/or do cardio MORE often........ahhhh coolio didnt know dat, ive been doing cardio on and off and sweat like a mofo all day long anyway even cut out lots of carbs and i dont seem to be getting leaner its driving me nuts. not using any fat burners or stuff like it sometimes i have green tea pills before meals

12 inch Double stacked Roast Beef sandwich from SubWay on Wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, black olives, onions, banana peppers, pickles, mustard and light mayo. MMMMMMMMMM! :food: 6 inches pre-workout and 6 inches post.
metabolic cardio lower body whooped my A$$! literally, my hamstrings right next to my ass are VERY, VERY sore! it was a good day!

no i haven't notced that at all. i don't think it is fueling hte workouts or notice any additinal benefits yet. But, they say it takes a week to two to really set-in.Other than the warm feeling how is the beta alanine working for you? Does it make you feel sick at all whilke you workout?

I didn't really notice it "working" either, and I took it for a few months straight. I've been off it for a couple weeks now, and I def. notice it "not-working". :sad: That's my seal of approval for BA right there.

OFF DAY yesterday.
Back and Tris today. Starting to do some TUT stuff, so i am especially sore still form the workout this morning.
BA supplementing is going good and i have also added the fish oil and CLA in. Sesamin is still on its way.
I have also looked into Swell and Blast per BJ's suggestion.
