I'm currently on day 4 of my 3 week superdrol cycle(original SD) and Im curious as to how ur experiance was with it. I'm starting light at 10mg for the first week and then 20mg for the last 2. I'm stacking with organ shield and an extra 525mg milk thistle becuz the organ shield only has 450mg of milk thistle (silymarin) in it. Also, I'm curious as to whether I should get something else to keep my lipids in check since SD makes ur LDL skyrocket and HDL diminish from what I've read.

Niacin will significantly improve your HDL levels. But save it for PCT.

My experiences with Super-Drol have been very favorable. It is still my favorite compound. Even ahead of Dianabol. Yea, you will need protection for your lipids when running this cmpound. This is where it does its worse damage IMO. I suggest you supplement with Policosanol at 40 mg. at night. And supplement with at least 10 grams of fish oil divided out during the day. You need those healthy fats bro. I also add 1 tablespoon of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) to each of my 2 whey shakes per day. That alone gives an extra 28 grams of good fats. But after you finish the Super-Drol, your lipids will return to more normal levels. Mine always do. Just protect yourself as much as possible and enjoy this compound. It's awesome for strength and size.

I just recently stopped Niacin after using it for a long while. I'll get back on it in a bit. I cycle everything almost to keep things effective. Good call, Royd. But use the regular Niacin. Don't use the flush-free version as it is harder on your liver. 500 to 1,000 mg. at night. :thumbsup:

Agree here as well. I use 500mg in the morning and another 500mg later in the day.

Bloodwork indicates it is very effective at restoring HDL levels in myself.
 
I saw a film clip of levrone in a movie a year or two back, he was jacked but no where near his BBing days. Now he has lost another 20-30lbs of muscle on top of that. Hope its worth it. He was known to be one of those guys that could take months off from the gym then do a 16 week cycle and be freakin huge again....

I think they are choosing the more 'athletic' build, rather than 'jacked' these days. Most likely for a greater sense of plausibility. Which, is somewhat valid: Most Navy Seals look more like Matt Damon than Arnold!

That makes sense for a movie like Black Hawk Down but if you're talking something like Commando where one man takes on an army I want to see a freak in those kind of roles. Damn now I have to watch those movies tonight. lol
 
WAR REPORT: Something is beginning to happen here. Not only are the weights still increasing, but reps are are way up. I can grind out more reps, which are only going to further my progress. Lovin' it!! I will give a thorough update on PRIME later on today or tomorrow. I am going to compare it to other natty products that I have used in the past. Don't miss this update! But for now...let's dive headlong in the gaping abyss!! :head: NUMBERS--## LEGS---LEG EXTENSIONS: 180 X 12. Up 10 lbs. but lost 2 reps. This is what I was looking to do anyway. Reps have remained relatively high during this blast. Time to go heavier and lower them for a few last weeks. Back off at 100 X 20 reps. I'm lovin' these "widowmaker" type back off sets. They are changing my physique on a weekly basis it seems. They have really upped the intensity of these finishing sets. These are not just going through the motion sets. They are tailored for growth and size increases. MACHINE SQUATS--WIDOWMAKERS--350 X 20. Hel Yeah!! :smite: It was a battle though. Very hard set. And it took a great deal out of me. Back off at 225 X 15. All back off sets are done with textbook form. Slow controlled reps, with slower negatives, partials, and an occasional static hold on the very last rep. STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 350 x 10. PR!! Up 5 lbs. from last week. Getting really heavy now. Makes me like it all the better. :fool2: Back off at 225 X 15. STANDING ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: 120 x 11. :eek: Fukkin' A!! Up 10 lbs. from last week and only lost 1 rep in the deal. Back off at 60 X 20. These high rep back off sets are blowing my muscles groups straight up. The pumps are very intense. Thank Odin for Beta-Alanine to buffer that lactic acid build-up. Keeps me going through the pain. Takes me into the sadistic realm. :twisted: DB LUNGES: 30'S x 12. SISSY SQUATS: 45 LB. PLATE x 12. Both of these exercises are performed back to back with no rest between them. And after the heavy sh!t I just did, this amount of weight was all that was needed. SHOULDERS--MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 250 X 9-5-3=17 total reps. Up 5 lbs. from last week and matched the reps! Oh Yeah. Time to add MORE weights!! Back off at 150 X 20. Mind-blowing shizz here. Incredible pump. Shoulders didn't even look like mine afterwards. LOL ONE-ARM CABLE FRONT RAISES: 80 x 10. Heavy, heavy stuff here. Back off at 50 X 15. It's time to make my shoulders grow. I consider them and legs to be my weak points. It's time to attack them with the fury of a thousand Berzerkers!!! ONE-ARM CABLE SIDE LATERALS: 80 x 10. Back off at 50 x 15. ONE-ARM BENTOVER REAR LATERALS: 100 X 10. PR. I just had to try it and see what it felt like. It felt like a fukkin' ton. :frustrate LMAO. Back off at 60 X 12. And that was a rap! I am extremely satisfied with this workout. It went totally according to my well-laid plans. I mentally prepared for an hour in advance and visualized myself doing every set with complete success. It was almost to the level of self-hypnosis. Intense laser-like focus and concentration. Is there more left in the tank??!! You bet your sweet arse there is!!! :twisted: Next week....even more weights for more reps. Believe it and achieve it!! :box:

I also switched back to a more Mentzer style of training and it looks like I may have been psychologically holding back a little or the DC training was starting to burn me out. Either way strength is going up! Broken hand and wrist are still messed up and it looks like I'm going to need wraps for the time being. I've never need wraps before and my wrists are a little under 6.75"...any recommendations on wrist wrap lengths 12", 20", 24" or 36".

Glad to hear that PCT is going so well brother FOO. Seems like you're experiencing a "bleed-over" effect from the Havoc. Being an oral, I know it clears the system really fast, but the effects of higher testosterone still carry over for a few weeks into PCT if you ask me. My PCT's always reflect this also. My strength maintains or even gains during the first part of PCT. I hope you eventually make a full recovery with the broken hand and fukked up wrist. I wear wrist wraps most of the time, myself. Old powerlifting habits. Get the 24" wraps. That way you can wrap them around at least twice and get them really snug. 36" would be too long and would wrap around so many times, it would just feel awkward IMO. The others are too short. Go with the 24". Keep blastin' that sh!t Heavy Duty Mentzer style!!! :hammer:

You ought to take a pic of those new tats and put it in your log. I'd like to see 'em. Is it anything to do with DragonBall Z? I have Mjolnir (my sacred hammer) tattoed on my right shoulder. I don't think any of my photos show it very well though. So how's the training going now? And what might be next for you? Cycle wise.

I'm working hard on those bowling balls, so we'll soon see!! Medial delts have always been weak for me. Anterior are strong, posterior...less so. I've been hitting various cable laterals very hard lately. I like one-arm behind the back side laterals with either a DB or a single cable.

I hear ya man, front delt is too easy to get big, makes for bad symmetry. If only back exercises worked the posterior delt like chest exercises work the anterior...

i made 2 celtic/tribal tattoos, I love them , very aggressive and brings back memories of the past of my mother land, the Celts were here before the Romans.
i`ll finish this pct,then go natty till February and then some test*equip+masteron+injectabled-bol, all injectables, hard stuff ha?
give me 1 more month to recovery my trainings cause I`m totally out of shape, (I`m with a flu to, damn) and I`ll show you those tattoos

PCT DAY 11 With PRIME!!

:head:BATTLE UPDATE: No Survivors!! I have tapped into some deep power reserves now. I can summon the Berzerker Rage much easier now. It's almost second nature to me at the moment. I can bring forth a fury that shakes the ground!! :aargh: Let's dive headlong in the blackness that is the abyss!! :twisted: NUMBERS ## BACK--- OVERHAND LAT PULLDOWNS: 305 x 9-4-2=15 total reps. Up 5 lbs. from 2 weeks ago. I'm digging down deep for this stuff! It don't come easy. Nothing worthwile ever does. DC style sets still in effect here. Rest-pausing with 15 deep breaths between the 3 mini-sets. All back off sets are performed with impeccable form. Back off at 220 X 12. UNDERHAND CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 275 X 11. PR baby!! Back off at 190 X 14. I could feel these down deep in the muscle fibers. Growth will follow! REVERSE-GRIP BENTOVER ROWS: 285 X 10. Up 10 lbs. from 2 weeks ago. Back off at 185 X 15. These are much harder and stricter than the normal overhand rows. ONE-ARM DB ROWS: 150 x 10. Immediate drop to 100 X 10. I'm having to "strap up" for the heavy set now. I don't want to be concentrating on my grip instead of my lats. I can work grip with special exercises. MACHINE SHRUGS: 430 x 12. Hel to the Yeah!! Now it's finally getting heavy. LOL Back off at 300 X 15. Traps were blown up after these. BICEPS--CABLE BAR PREACHER CURLS: 190 x 9-4-3=16 total reps. And a PR on this machine. Heavy, heavy sh!t. Back off at 100 X 20. I am so digging these high-rep finishing sets. They are sort of like "widowmakers". Brutal as all Hel. STANDING CLOSE-GRIP BAR CABLE CURLS: 180 X 10. Back off at 100 X 22!! On fire!! Oh the burn. Oh the glory!! ONE-ARM UPPER PULLEY CABLE CURLS TO THE EAR: (one-arm Hercules curls) 85 X 10. Back off at 45 X 15. These are really improving the peak of my biceps. Then I did a set of CABLE CONCENTRATION CURLS: 50 x 12. Just to finish 'em off and burn the last bit of glycogen out of the muscles. I looked so vascular and lean after this workout. Veins were bulging out all over. I posed in the mirror for minutes on end, shaking my head in stark amazement!! :eek: Is it really me in the mirror? Not the mortal, but the true Thundergod is staring back at me in all his heroic glory!! :box::hammer:

I don't want to be premature (ha ha) with this evaluation, but I believe the PRIME has some impact on this outcome. And I am being very aggressive and adventurous with the weights lately. I believe I can lift anything. Something different is going on here besides my usual PCT supplementation. I've used this exact PCT for the last 4 cycles. Something strange is afoot here. I'm only a day or so away from giving a very detailed assessment of the PRIME at this juncture in the PCT. Tomorrow will be Day 12 on PRIME, and things beyond the normal Tribulus effects are occuring. Update: Very Soon!!!

Increased agression/focus and euphoria/alpha male feeling I have experienced very early that and I feel like I'm made of stone, tight is the word. I am hoping that that converts to some strength increase next week.
That was the inital effects that I experienced fromn days 3 through 7. The euphoria/alpha-male mental aspect of it. And then from day 7 I felt the strength starting to surge within. I'm still flexing my muscles all day long. It's fun as Hell so far!! You take care with that shoulder bro, but the strength increases are just around the corner for you. I'd say that your next couple of workouts will tell the tale.

PRIME UPDATE: Today is day 12 of dosing USP Labs PRIME @ 6 caps per day split up over 3 seprate dosings. Within the first few days of usage, I was feeling a distinct and discernable mood elevation. Others have termed it "euphoric". It's close to that. I have termed it as a "body buzz", and a positive one at that. I feel energetic, positive, and determined. The alpha-male mentality is on the increase as well. This pays high dividends in the weight room. I use the aggression against my iron foe. My training has been influenced by this product already. I have felt my strength increasing for the last few days. It also seems easier to continue my sets beyond the normal rep ranges. I am taking advantage of this too. Higher reps with heavy weights will yeild muscle growth. That's what it's all about. Gains. Recovery seems to be improving as well. I hit the weights on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday. But it's tempting as all Hel to hit them on my cardio days as well. I have to restrain myself. I bottle up that desire and then unleash it on my scheduled weight training days. I can tell this product has significant recomp capabilities. I'm 12 days into PCT and I still have my calories just slightly above maintenance. And yet my muscles are much more vascular, dense, and harder than usual. And I have strong urges to sit and flex my muscles. Almost constantly. I have read of others experiencing this as well. It's very cool. The more you sit and flex your muscles, the more control you will develop over them, and you will improve the all-important mind-to-muscle connection. Arnold always said that contracting and flexing your muscles would make them appear harder also. I tend to agreee with him. If I could summon up how impressed I am with PRIME on a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to give it at least a 7 and 1/2 even at this early stage. I will have to be honest and admit that I am surprised with this. I felt that this product was overhyped. Especially with the advertisement claims. "The Ultimate Muscle Pill". Strong term, is it not? But if it delivers, who can fault them for saying that? I will say that I, for one, am liking PRIME so far. I'm excited at the prospect of seeing it get even better as the next few weeks progress!! :dance:

I will definitely skim through. Training slacked a lot recently, but the past week things are getting back on track. Lost a bit of size, but it will be back fairly soon now diet it back. Schedules still busy, but bit better, should be able to pop in couple of times a week :D

I got to say that I was really sceptical about prime but I trust your reviews TG so I`ll try it for sure, the price is a shame though, now I just want to recover from the tattoos and this damned flu to hit the heights again, bad luck it happened in the pct but what doesn't kill you , it can only makes you stronger

G-money. I still have never used DTHC. It is just about the only test-booster that I haven't tried though. So here's a little comparison of PRIME up against other natty test-boosters and products that I have used in the past. I will rate all of the products on a scale of 1 to 10 in terms of effectiveness. I have used the DTHC and I like it, now grant you I can't take in the doses that you guys do, but for coming off cycle it has benefits for me. I like it. Acne is not bad, energy is good, although the clen seems to be burning out my adrenals. Either that or life in general.

Aggression is good. I think if I had to stay with a test booster that was natty it would be DTHC.
 
I got to say that I was really sceptical about prime but I trust your reviews TG so I`ll try it for sure, the price is a shame though, now I just want to recover from the tattoos and this damned flu to hit the heights again, bad luck it happened in the pct but what doesn't kill you , it can only makes you stronger

I was disappointed in DTHC myself. I was up to 8 caps a day and not noticing anything. Some respond and some do not. That is why you get that little bit of excitement inside each time you try a new sup out.

On day 12 it already rates a 7 with the best to come... yah your responding well. There are big things around the corner I bet that number is a minimum 9 maybe a 10... You seem to be responding a lot like my son if not even better.
