SHOULDERS--Wide-Grip Cable Upright Rows--100X10, 190X11(heavy!), 170X10>120X11>80X12. I pulled those last 2 drop sets up high to the forehead for some other-worldly contractions and squeezes!! What a freakin' pump!!:eek5:
TRICEPS--Seated Behind Head DB Extensions--50X10, 110X12, 110X12>70X12>50X18!! That blew em' up good. Inflated with growth-inducing blood!!:thumbsup:

CALVES--Seated Calf Presses on Leg Press Machine--200X20, 400X26, 400X24. Oh how sweet the pain!!
FOREARMS--DB Pinwheel Curls--40'sX10, 90'sX12, 90'sX12>60'sX9>40'sX14. And that shit hurt so good!! Borderline orgasmic!!:hump:
Wow....what a training session. Or battle that is. This goes way beyond just normal training. This is a fight for true survival!!!
