Poor guy just cringed everytime he moved his leg and it moved. Apparenlty he did not get any super powers from the spider bite. Even if he had he would have looked really interesting in Spiderman tights. LOL

I love having the off days after an intense weekly battle with the iron. Get some extra sleep if you can with 15-20g aminos before bed and watch how big you wake up....ayyyyyyyyyyy yoooooooooooooooooo!!!!

CHEST--Flat Machine Bench Presses--200X10, 400X10!! yeah buddy!!, 400X9>280X12>200X23 blood gorging reps!!! Strength is increasing even on a caloric deficit thanks to the Natadrol and that enraging Anadraulic State!! Man, I love that stuff!! :woohoo:
BACK--One-Arm DB Rows--60X10, 130X12, 130X10>80X12>50X16. I could really feel these hitting the middle/inner lats hard. Make 'em nice and thick!!:evil:
SHOULDERS--Wide-Grip Cable Upright Rows--100X10, 190X11(heavy!), 170X10>120X11>80X12. I pulled those last 2 drop sets up high to the forehead for some other-worldly contractions and squeezes!! What a freakin' pump!!:eek5:
TRICEPS--Seated Behind Head DB Extensions--50X10, 110X12, 110X12>70X12>50X18!! That blew em' up good. Inflated with growth-inducing blood!!:thumbsup:

Nice man. I've been dc training this week for first time in a while. My routine goes 2 stations per bodypart. In order-chest,back,shoulders,bis,tris. I do upper-lower routine. Cardio on wednesdays. I incorporated the dropset as well after my warmup and working set.

Awesome stuff man.

It gives true functional strength that parlays into other avenues of life in general. Makes you strong in many ways.

Amen to that my brutha! I wish that it would all fall out. What is bad is I think the body still produces as much hair as when I was young, but it has all moved to the back, ears, ass, nose, etc. I don't have the patience to groom the way some guys do. I know it looks better, but that is my wife's problem. :-)

Intensity was way up this morning!!! Felt invincible. Like all the weights were light. Lovin' this Natadrol/Anadraulic State run thus far!! Aggression, drive, and determination were at peak levels.
Here's the damage done on the killing fields!!:rocketwhore:

CHEST--Low Incline DB Presses--50'sX10, 110'sX17, 110'sX15>70'sX14>50'sX18. Pumps were just sick this morning!! Looked much larger than normal.
BACK--DB Pullovers--50X10, 100X12, 100X12>70X11>50X16. I've got to say that I'm falling in love with these high rep/growth hormone producing reps on the last drops of my exercises!! Forces muscle-building blood deep into the fibers.
SHOULDERS--Machine Shoulder Presses--140X10, 240X12, 240X12>180X11>130X16. I can already tell that my shoulders are growing and getting stronger on this routine. And I'm sure that the androgen rich Natadrol and Anadraulic State are at work here also!!:head:
TRICEPS--Standing Pushdowns--100X10, 190X10, 190X10>140X11>100X14. My tri's were hanging off the back of my arms...thick and meaty!!:twisted:
BICEPS--Incline DB Curls--30'sX10, 60'sX11, 60'sX10>40'sX10>30'sX14. The pumps were very fierce on these babies!! I love this exercise also. It was one of Arnold and big Lou's favorite biceps movements.
QUADS--Machine Squats--220X10, 440X11(surprised myself a little here), 440X10>320X12. And no third drop. Not needed. Went Berzerker ass crazy on the heavy sets. Did a couple sets of light leg extensions afterwards just to finish 'em off.
HAMSTRINGS--Lying Leg Curls--80X12, 140X10, 140X10>100X12>80X10. Very strict and savage contractions. I really stretched a lot between the warm-up set and after the first heavy set. Gotta keep these hams flexible.

And that was a rap. I was pleasantly exhausted after all this. Went all-out with good form today!! It was one of those workouts that you just know was productive. Growth will be inevitable after some good food and some restful sleep.

Gonna make up forearms and calves tomorrow morning after my cardio session. Gonna slay 'em!! :angryfire:
