THUNDERGOD'S GOING NATTY AND NASTY WITH NATADROL AND AS-GT!! (sponsored)

What's going on Thunder? Great to see you runnin Natadrol. I am currently running HGHup and some other natty supps. I will be hitting my DC routine soon as well. I like your style brotha? I only do it about once a year so I'm ready for the change.

Good start, now for the all important 2nd and 3rd week....
I'm simply stoked!! Don't know how else to phrase it. Excited or amped just doesn't seem to cover it. ha ha I can literally "feel" this stuff already. I'm sitting here looking hard as stone. Density is on the up!!!
I would say that the first week was a step in the right direction. From previous logs the next weeks are where this compound starts to really show itself!
Waiting....anticipating.....it's all good brother AZ. And to think, it's only gonna get stronger over the next couple of weeks!! Oh boy I'm ready for it!!!

Good, I am getting a good feeling of exactly where your at, that's why I am here, I knew you could trasmit your reactions to the log.

looks like you are on a roll tg. glad to see you are back in the saddle again.

Dude, the "older" members of this forum put many of us "younger" guys to shame. Between TG's insane numbers, AZ's humility while widow-making almost 300, DW's recomp expertise and Snag's arms, "on a roll" is an under statement.

as the saying goes-'youth is wasted on the young'.

Good group of guys to take advice from!

I can't wait to start leaning up and putting this low-cal diet to work. I haven't been counting any calories, but I've been training hard.

I have pretty much found my balance between training and life. I still have some work to do, but so far I feel good.

TG, have you heard this cover yet? methinks you'd like it. somehow it reminds me of your beastly self.

Good morning everyone. Sorry for the lack of posting yesterday after the early morning hours.
Me and the goddess were extremely busy yesterday with work.

I forgot to log my cardio session, but it was the same 20 minutes on the glider followed by 330 nonstop reps of ab work.

But I had a great evening of relaxing (while she did our taxes) and watching some Wrestling. Yes, I love that stuff!! ha ha

But now, it's time to get fired up. Time to psych myself outta my everloving mind. Time to put on the bear shirt. And time to GO FUKKIN CRAZY!!! :fool2: :yikes: :Eyecrazy: :aargh4: :stupid:

TALES OF TERROR FROM THE TEMPLE OF TORTURE!!

THE NOT YOUR LITTLE SISTER'S WORKOUT
I straight tore shit up this morning!! No doubt about the Natadrol and Anadraulic State kicking like ninja octopi now.....all 8 legs at once!!!

Here's what the killing field looked like after the smoke had cleared:

CHEST--Decline Machine Bench Presses--200X10, 390X9!!, 390X8>280X11>200X22!! Lettin' it all hang out now!! It's time to push this body to da max. I run the Thunder-machine wide open...all the needles are in the red!!
BACK--DB Pullovers--60X10, 130X10!!, 130X8>80X10>60X12. Oh yes! I love these bad boys. Intense pumps. I remember the last time I did these, I was sore for days.....bring it on!! :head:
SHOULDERS--DB Upright Rows--30'sX10, 60'sX10, 60'sX10>40'sX12>30'sX15. It was like someone had taken an air hose and inflated them. They were huge after the drops!! Thunder-Likey!! :hammer:
TRICEPS--One-Arm Pushdowns--50X10, 120X9!! HEAVY!!, 100X10>70X12>50X15. Before anyone says..."one-arm pushdowns?" Yeah. You try 'em with 120 lbs. and tell me what you think...if you can budge it. ha ha I pour more intensity into a set of one-arm pushdowns than most people put into a set of fukkin' squats!! I guaran-damn-tee it!! :firedevil:
BICEPS--Standing Wide-Grip EZ Bar Curls--75X10, 155X10, 155X10>105X12>75X13. Smokin'... Really tight form here this morning. And it was fierce. Slow reps. Tight contractions. Big ass pumps.
QUADS--Seated Leg Presses--200X15, 600X18! (up 1 rep)600X17>400X21. And that took them over the edge. WOW what a feeling. I was on fire here!! Nothing could stop me!! :fool2:
CALVES--Calf Presses On The Seated Leg Press--200X25, 400X21, 400X19. Straight sets. Gonna make these calves into bellowing bulls!! :aargh:
FOREARMS--Seated DB Hammer Curls--30'sX10, 50'sX12, 50'sX12>40'sX13>30'sX14. Kept it light and tight this go around. SO strict they were cramping. ha ha

The aggression was way, way up this morning!! Whole nother level here!!
And the pumps were just sick. Ginormous in a word. Veins bulging out!! Lungs pumping...screaming for more!! I kicked some unholy ass!! :buttkick:

The Pain Hath Been Broughten!!!:rant2:

Hey! Just because a 130lb DB weighs more than my little sister, doesn't mean you can make fun of her! ;)

Anyways, you've now succeeded in making me yearn for some pullovers! Hm, perhaps I'll sub 'em in for something...

Go kill 'em....killer!! :AR15firing: :rocketwhore:

TG, sorry about my absence... I see you are still killing it. I bet you are looking sick man we need some picks of the pump. Show us the python after those arm curls I bet that vein is insane now with all of the diuretic effect of Natadrol. Cool thing is from the other logs it seems to remain sub-q water and not dehydrating from the muscle or organs.

By the way it amazes me how many reps you get on your drop sets. You have a lot of mass for someone with that type of natural stamina. My wife is like that too, she builds well but her muscle has alot of staying power as well as freakish strength for her size. I guess that is part of being a God eh, because I know she is my Goddess.

Yeah Kleen, I'm drinking insane amounts of water to make sure I stay hydrated on this stuff. It's an awesome product thus far. No shit!!:head:

I'm kinda like Branch Warren when it comes to the high reps. I can take what looks like a weight that I'll fail after 6 reps or so....and just keep on cranking it out until it turns into 15 reps!!!! I just take my mind to another place. I block out the pain and the burn from the lactic acid build-up.

I JUST LOVE IT!!!! :firedevil:

Damn TG! What it be???? Been back on to do a little research just lately and thought I'd see what you were up to. Smiting both weights and mortal men's PRs indiscriminately, I see. Well done, my brother!!!

Phenominal Bro, I do my best on my drop sets, but the muscle just won't push anymore. Just a different muscle fiber make up. You are very lucky to have a good mix of both. I am predominantly fast twitch almost to a fault. I can train myself for longer stuff but my body doesn't respond as well. I can run fast as all get out in a sprint. I ran a 4.52 40 in 10th grade before I quit playing ball, but can only force about 3 miles at 9 minutes a mile at best on long distance. That is with lots of training. In the military my best 2 mile PT run was 14 min 37 seconds and I was throwing up after that one. Distance running was the only thing I couldn't max on my pt test.

Numbers are once again other worldly TG! "One arm Pushdowns??" I have to give these a run...obviously not with 120lbs though.

I'm the same way with the drops... TG is just a beast. By the way Kleen, you never told me you where in the military :trout:

Just a side note, I have recieved this into Australia (3 bottles) with Formadrol Extreme, and inspected by customs and released straight away. Seems good to go sending it to Aussie :)

Who did you order it from or did you send it to yourself from the company since your a rep? Just wondering, kinda feel slighted if LG is shipping to other countries and not to Canada.:puppy_dog_eyes:

TRICEPS--One-Arm Pushdowns--50X10, 120X9!!

so conservatively, your two arm pushdowns is 280 or so? methinks i know where the "barbarian brothers" got their genes from...

Sorry Sunny, but I think 120X2=240 not 290. But it was quite heavy anyways. LOL

Hey Suncloud, my question for him is, HOW THE HELL HE STAYS ON THE GROUND!!!???

Once again....Sunny's math was off. 120X2=240lbs not 290. I can stay grounded with 240 with no problems. I lean into my 2 handed pushdowns like you see most pro's doing Not standing perfectly straight. And my elbows flare outwards a little. Which kinda looks like standing close-grip decline bench presses. ha ha
When I go perfectly strict standing in a straight-up fashion, I use around 180 to 200lbs. I can stack more weight on with the "lean into it" method and still feel awesome contractions. Just wanted to clarify since this seems to be questioned.

ALSO TO NOTE: I did these on a dual-pulley station not a single pulley station. That makes a difference also as Suncloud has stated before. More and more lately, I'm convinced that I need to stop recording the poundages I use since it seems to cause controversy and confusion. It's not the poundages that matter the most, but what you get out of them.
All machines are NOT created equal. Some stroke your ego and others will humble you.
What's confusing to me Sunny, is you can do seated dips on a machine with 350lbs. and you find it unbelievable that I can do pushdowns with only 210 or 220 lbs.??? I dunno. And I'm substantially bigger than you are.

I've seen Branch and others using over 300 lbs. on pushdowns. The reason the weight doesn't lift us off the ground is the fact that we lean into it to provide leverage.

The form is like this video depicts. I tried to find the clip of Branch Warren doing them on Uncahined Raw Reality DVD , but it was no longer on youtube. Johnnie Jackson does them the same way.

After my heaviest set when I drop the weights off for the 2 drop sets, I do them standing straight up to get the best of both worlds.

I hope this clarifies.

TG, it doesn't matter if you used body english or were or if your form was tighter than a virgin you friggin smashed the weight even on the strict form sets.

When you get to the level TG is at, he knows exactly what is hitting his muscles and what isn't with regards to form. When you're going that damn heavy there just isn't such a thing as ego lifting - SOMETHING is gettin torn up...in this case, the iron.

For reference and relevance to the ND review, how many of those sets would you consider personal best?

Who did you order it from or did you send it to yourself from the company since your a rep? Just wondering, kinda feel slighted if LG is shipping to other countries and not to Canada.:puppy_dog_eyes:

Had it specially sent to me as I am a rep and obviously need to have used the product to recomend it :) I got lucky that's for sure as I think it's all sold out as of now! Hopefully next batch is on the way and our international friends can get some!
