A few good reviews are starting to pop up now, this has always interested me as a lot of people say it's the only supplement that actually works.
Might but a few bottles to use in the future but wanted to ask people's opinion first
Here you go: BOLT from AM- 2g X-gels + GMS + PLCAR + Enhanced pre-workout.
-Normal staple supplements.
-I think the X-gels are taking effect. Pumps came on strong right away and went into pretty intense levels by the end. Enhanced on its own gives me amazing pumps but this was one of those borderline insane kind of deals. Also DOMS from yesterday's leg session is no bueno. ---You know when you're lifting and you look in the mirror when you're pumped and think "Damn, I wish I could look like THIS all day long" ? I've walked by a few mirrors the past few days and had to do a double take - the all day pump is fantastic! I believe the X-Gels are playing a role in this for sure...Vascularity continues to improve as well and I'm confident that's due to the X-Gels. I did legs today and could see spider webs in my shoulders and the entire length of my arms were popping veins. That's awesome without any direct work... Is it PLCAR specifically or just a form of Carnatine, preferably 2gr?

I am not convinced I noticed anything at 1g pre workout. I will run it again to make up my mind.
No extra pumps and only a very minor increase in DOMS. Might work my way up to 2g and reassess.
I will give it another run. Is the SNS version coming to UK at a better price point than XFactor?

I did get a fairly strong case of elbow tendonitis though. If ArA soreness indicates growth my tricep tendon will be massive by now!
Is LCLT the most effective form of carnitine for battling DOMS?
Is it much better than say ALCAR?

Huge fan of ArA here. It excels at actual body composition change IME and the pumps are some of the best you get with any single ingredient (even better than some combos IMO). High dosage only pre-workout with Carnitine and GMS is the way to go.![]()
I will also throw my short lived feedback in here. I stopped using after 4 days due to bad headaches BUT this obviously doesn't happen to everyone. Also I'm super disappointed that I had this reaction. I experienced the best pumps ever while using X-Gels and what I'm missing this week is the all day fullness that I felt while using these. I felt pumped almost until I went to bed and I train at 4am. If you're on the fence give them a try.

Yes I'm always between 1.5-2gal
4 gels 45 mins b4 wo which happens to be around 345am

Another question about stacking ArA with carnitine.
Is it imperative that you consume the Ara literally at the same time as the carnitine? (or is that more specific to the GMS)
Or is the general idea to simply be supplementing with carnitine at the time of your ArA Cycle?
