Hey guys, just smashed another stimul8 workout. Energy was off the charts, and the sweat poured off me! just a lil update pic as I said I would take one each week, feeling a bit stronger through the core, hopefully some definition showing too...

This stuff is incredible! Just finished my workout, and decided to sneak in 4 unassisted pull ups at the end, just cos :)...this is big for me, as up until a little while ago, doing just one unassisted was difficult. Feelin pretty damn good :)

Band Pull Aparts 2 x 6
1 Arm DB Floor Press w Supine Bridge 2 x 12x10kg
1 Arm Pull Downs 2 x 12x22.5kg each side

Complex 3
Single Leg Swiss Ball Curls 3 x Max
Swiss Ball Roll Outs 3 x 6
Wall Psoas March 3 x 6 x 2 sec
Prone Bridge March 3 x 6 x 2 sec

This morning, cranked out 5x8 ATG front squats with 20kg bar
5x8 db bench press 12.5kg each hand
5x8 45kg deadlift
5x8 pendlay rows with 20kg bar
4 unassisted pull ups...

Stimul8 had me buzzing within 5 mins of ingestion, mind and muscles were switched on and ready to go! I noticed an awesome pump through my arms when doing the pull ups at the end, and veinage in my shoulders, which was kinda cool lol...the taste also seems to get better each day!

As long as we're talking quotes and words of wisdom, I'd like to say that it is so important to never take a second of our lives for granted, and remember to show those around us how much we care and love them when we can...my football coach passed away yesterday, and made me really think about how precious life and our loved ones are.
