Interesting but what the heck does FSU stand for haha...am I blind and missing it?
Those are both what I thought hahaFlorida State University
I’m guessing F*ck Sh*t Up?
Exactly. If they are using Teacrine in a powdered product, it is very likely flavorless Teacrine, which is only like 40% theacrine. Unless the manufacturer sends the product to a flavoring house and they cover up the flavor, it is almost certainly 40% theacrine. I have my upcoming pre-workout at a flavoring house right now trying to cover up the flavor, along with othere things. The 150 mg theacrine I have in my product is a true 150 mg theacrine. However, the dynamine in my product is 40%, which is why I dose it at 250 mg, which equals 100 mg dynamine.Well that’s great!
To a certain extent I agree, but I also find for some formulas it just takes the edge off of any come down and training in the middle of the day I love it because it leaves me feeling good heading back to work after.
I think the bigger issue is how small of doses some companies use or not disclosing it is 40% in the label so it “seems” like it’s dosed higher.
Not a clue, and Looking back they haven’t actually said what it stands for eitherThose are both what I thought haha
They are out of California though so it’s prob the latter.
I do like a few of their products so far so interested in what this ends up being like, especially if they really did take that long to put it together.
Thanks for sharing this, definitely something we are really excited to release!Guess with no board presence anymore we wouldn’t have got any hints about this..
Wait.. thought you guys had all gone? Thanks for sharing this, definitely something we are really excited to release!
Nothing particularly scary there. I'm sure statements like "not for beginners" is pure marketing ploy. It's obviously to make everyone think it's got some crazy secret too it. Should just say ”for everyone, beginners use half a scoop only" at least then you are not turning away potential customers who may take your "not for beginners" literally.

You can’t be a gym noob taking this

How many of those are sponsored in some way?Just type Ghost Chips Ahoy on Youtube and found this in seconds. 9 out of the 10 videos published show positive feedback. I could also post screenshots via social media (on IG), but you get the point. See if you can get someone to send you a few samples and form your own conclusion in the future when the 2nd run comes out.

If there are any issues with Chips Ahoy you can contact Ghost CS about the Chips Ahoy flavor.
Or if you got it from GNC they offer a return policy.. exchange for another flavor or product to your liking. This way you don't have to let it collect dust.
Jack3d was the first one I saw with a ‘expert use only’ warning on the label. I perhaps should’ve heeded this the first time I used it (OG version) as I thought I was going to dieI can just picture noobs drinking this and going crazy and jumping from the windows. True, problem with ghost is its "cool" to like it regardless as to whether they are any good. Not saying their formulas are rubbish but they are pretty safe and mainstream similar to say redcon 1. Only way more expensive. Someone who jumps on the "ghost" Train and supports them will probably get more followers and views due to its trendiness. This will lead to YouTube lies. They are marketed very well and I assure you there are people that use ghost supplements that don't have a clue what the ingredients are, what they are supposed to do and who have never heard of the likes of Sparta, OL, PES, redcon etc.How many of those are sponsored in some way?
I’ve learned to pay zero attention to reviews now, especially video reviews on YouTube, as you just can’t tell who’s being honest and who’s being paid.
yeah, i was thinking the same thing, I'm very skeptical about reviews and certain brands..How many of those are sponsored in some way?

As I said before, based on the one I purchased directly from Ghost, mine tastes absolutely delicious (best tasting protein I've had since Xtreme Formulations Lemon Cream Pie back in the day). I have 2 additional tubs from GNC that I've yet to try, but I'm hoping they're not the "faulty" ones. If so, I'll take them back, but for me - so far so good.yeah, i was thinking the same thing, I'm very skeptical about reviews and certain brands..
its strange how people on here didn't like it yet youtube, a quick search and the top ones are all positive... strange.
i know we are a small minority, but even after ghost admitted there was an error with flavouring all these people love it
Bob is a basic bitch like me so when he says a cinnamon, nutmeg or clove spiced thing is good you know it’s good
Awesome offer.
decent profile, shame they had to include stims in a pump formulaUK’s sports asylum new pump pre label
And I don’t know why they can’t take a good photo of the label...
They got stims in there other product manicdecent profile, shame they had to include stims in a pump formula
Now if you used to OG version of Jack3d you'd remember it was actually "JACKED" at first without the 3 right? I remember Jacob sent me like 2 or 3 tubs of "Jacked" as a product tester.Jack3d was the first one I saw with a ‘expert use only’ warning on the label. I perhaps should’ve heeded this the first time I used it (OG version) as I thought I was going to die
I barely remember what happened last week, remembering whether a 14 year old label had an e or a 3 is not happening. Bare in mind though it was bought here in the UK, so may have been changed to the ‘3’ version before it made its way over here. Now if you used to OG version of Jack3d you'd remember it was actually "JACKED" at first without the 3 right? Yeah just a funny little tid-bit about it. I remember getting a tub after my initial ones and it showed up "Jack3d" and I was like, why would they put the 3 in there, what purpose does it serve? I wonder if he ran into some issues with another product being named "Jacked" of some sort.I barely remember what happened last week, remembering whether a 14 year old label had an e or a 3 is not happening. I have had two different experiences with it, upon my first use I was like eh this isn't all that great, but now as I am working my way through the tub I am definitely enjoying it a lot more. Is it their best flavor? Not imo, but definitely not their worst.Haven’t seen any positive feedback here aside from yours. I’m really glad I held off on this one
With you on that, the degree to which it all is clumped is so ridiculous. They definitely didn't do a good job of trying to prevent it. Definitely bummed on it. The pre itself is solid but I probably wouldn't get it again if they ever did a rerun of it.I sent an email expressing my displeasure with the clumping on the CG V3 legend....they sent me a link to their YouTube video saying it might clump, but use a fork
I sent them photos of the massive bricks inside the tub and they just said to shake the canister. Yeah no, I had to break them apart in my blender to make a powder again and then store in the fridge.
They should’ve used a better moisture pack, as I used other preworkouts with similar ingredients and have never experienced those types of clumping issues. If they knew clumping would be an issue, then they should have done a better job of preventing that from happening. For what we had to pay for the pre-workout, I would expect a better result.
I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have accepted those clumping issues from their manufacturer.
Same, I only shop there when they run those deals, usually can snag sparta protein for that price too. Had high hopes for the blueberry but wasn't thrilled about it.Was a fan of PB and regular cereal milk and those were worth it when GNC does the deal that essentially makes them $20 a tub. blueberry toaster pastry was highly overrated and the pieces makes it tough to chug
And Sparta deals going on now?Same, I only shop there when they run those deals, usually can snag sparta protein for that price too. Had high hopes for the blueberry but wasn't thrilled about it.
Yes I believe so.
S7,vaso6 and L-cit
One of this first to combine the two I think?
Ahah 3g L cit some kind of joke!!

could double scoop and have 6 L-Cit / 600 Vaso 6 / 100 S7... should be a pretty insane pump (but I expect silly expensive)Ahah 3g L cit some kind of joke!!
So serious question why are you always so negative?Ahah 3g L cit some kind of joke!!
Agreed. So serious question why are you always so negative?
Secondly I feel like this exact situation as been addressed with you before. While tons of companies use more nowadays, 3g is a clinically proven dose (keep in mind that is equivalent to ~6g Citrulline Malate).
Also keep in mind this isn’t the only ingredient, it’s a comprehensive pump product. A well dosed comprehensive product should probably still meet minimum effective doses (which 3g definitely is) while having other ingredients to work together to achieve the benefit desired (for example 3g Citrulline + 300mg Vaso6 would be an effective combo where as if you wanted the same benefits from just one in isolation then maybe you’d want 6g Citrulline).
Can you link me to the clinically proven study and dose and I swear I will never mention this again..So serious question why are you always so negative?

Not that I am aware of, but if I see any I'll let ya know! And Sparta deals going on now?
"Clinical dose ranging and tolerability studies have also been conducted for l-citrulline supplementation. One such human study demonstrated a tolerance of up to 15 g l-citrulline per day in healthy volunteers [11]. By comparison, high-doses of l-arginine (~13 g) can induce significant gastrointestinal complications [9,21]. However, at 15 g doses of l-citrulline, a lower fractional absorption rate and plasma retention of l-citrulline was observed, potentially due to saturation of its transporters (e.g., ASC or B0,+-amino acid transporters) or reduced renal conversion of l-citrulline to l-arginine. As such, the authors suggested a dose of 10 g l-citrulline for clinical use [11]. However, for increasing circulating l-arginine concentrations, doses of l-citrulline as low as 3 g have been shown to be effective [12]. Thus, the minimum effective dose is ~3 g/day, whereas the maximal effective dose may be as high as 10 g/day."Can you link me to the clinically proven study and dose and I swear I will never mention this again..
