I’ve been using this all week adding it into my post workout shake and really enjoying it. As a high protein, low carb/keto guy on IF, I can definitely easily get deficient in these minerals and have noticed a really nice boost in endurance and more peaceful/calming effect at night when trying to sleep. Also a slight increase in bowel frequency which is great to feel lighter and clear out all the meat I eat.

I had the PP cherry cola and ended up dumping over half of it out. Couldn’t stand it. I must be used to the carbonation of the Bangs.
 
Haven't posted here in eons, but before I bought a few cases of the Hyde Power Potions about a month ago, I was linked here by The Solution, logged back into this old account, read what folks had to say and ended up ordering them.

I've been a Bang fiend for years. I just love 'em, the convenience of them (300mg of caffeine + BCAAs + creatine in a can and you don't have to go through prepping coffee for a combo of caffeine and other chit to get you going) and the variety of flavors.

Straight up, I like the performance of Hyde Power Potion better. I think Bang tastes a lot better (the Hyde PPs are insanely sweet and sometimes have a bit of an aftertaste), but I love the steady focus you get from the Hyde drinks. It isn't a wild jittery hell. It is some pretty clean energy, at least to me. I feel focused and ready to tackle whatever task it might be from a workout, writing something or [insert mundane life task here]. Good stuff.

New Sinister Labs Cookies just as good as their bars. The birthday cake is very pure, not artificial. The density of the vanilla frosting in the aftertaste (From the glaze) is on point. It is on the sweeter side (as a birthday cake should be) For those who have a sweet tooth this will be a huge hit.

Fruity cereal milk will be purchased. Hoping Ghost Pump and mango margarita Legend come out around the same time. And coconut ice cream is a definite buy

Quest is working on new cookie flavors (3 of them). Their reps at the Arnold hinted at this but did not give out any details. Here is my review on the current 4 flavors.

$21.60 is as cheap as they will come. VS Sells for $35. That is a $14 difference. Especially at $1.35 a can unless there is something paired with the discount

Another thing from expo... Got to try doughbar donuts at expo as I met junk banter there who let me Try a few flavors .

The donut is a bit rough almost like a hybrid of a bagel and donut. The icings are made with real cane sugar and have great taste but many may be thrown off by the texture of the protein donut. I would never pay the price for them but my favorites Were apple pie and PB and J

Well now just saw great deals the pro supps bogo since Pro Supps HydroBCAA is so delicious. Also man sports iso is a great deal at 2-$25 for BCAA’s can't beat those prices

Basix has just three with Cookie Dough Chocolate, Triple Chocolate, and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk.

Oh Yeah Nutrition plans on debuting its new One Bar Basix at this weekend’s Natural Products Expo in Anaheim. Public availability is, unfortunately, a little further away, with the brand currently saying it’ll be out sometime in May.

Never had a L&L After they had findings that they did not meet protein content and the feedback being so up and down I never bothered with them for the calories.

SinFit are great. They don't have the quest texture (baked), more of a circular glorified protein bar. But Sinister Labs is fantastic with their flavoring. Not overly sweet, but you can taste the hits of the buttercream in the glaze and frosting on the cookie. The sprinkles are a nice. Think of an enhanced Oh Yeah One Birthday Bar

One of the best on the market hands down
2.0 is more of a MRP while this is more of a lower calorie whey. For the calories easily worth grabbing and trying . Think of it more as a luxury purchase . Go with blueberry toaster pastry or cereal milk for your first tub. Flavorkinf is top notch.
