almost all protein sources provide excellent bioavailability, its the subpar amino acid profiles of certain proteins which can cause some to seek alternative forms.

put a pack of nathan's in a 2 quart pan, add 2 cans wolf chili w/beans, cover and cook on medium heat for around 20 minutes....use tongs to put hotdog on bun[using a fork lets the juiciness of hotdog out], use a ladel to spread chili over top of hotdog-add some shredded cheddar cheese[sliced jalapeno's optional] on top and enjoy!!!!

We don’t even have a Costco near me, 25 min drive, which I know isn’t awful but everything else is like 4-10 min and u don’t have to deal with interstate. Actually that might even be a sams club

If someone told me I could only shop in 1 store for the rest of my life, I would choose Costco without thinking on it for a second. I go there for EVERYTHING.

Not to derail the thread but beta alanine hasnt really shown to provide any endurance benefits until you reach a saturation point of about 180g so I hope you're taking it least 3 months before cycling off or you're really never reaching its full potential!

when you look at servings and the higher protein % of KOA, it works out to $0.56/serving (90 servings) for KOA and $0.62/serving for MP (65 servings). Plus KOA is a pure isolate and stevia sweetened as opposed to MP which is concentrate first (and pixie dusted) and sweetened with sucralose. Not sure on taste, but you can look at reviews. I think MP just added another flavor to their Costco menu

Love MPA's formula! Its nice to see they are upping the flavor game because the original Watermelon flavor was certainly hard to take down consistently.
 
Tangerine sounds like it would be good if done correctly. Pharmgrade looks very expensive for the type of product it is from the sources I'm seeing
 
Saw an email on Rocket Pop flavored Focus XT -- is it just a new flavor? any changes made to the formula (saw updated labels and was just curious)?

Didn't see anything in the SNS subforum.
