yeah youll have no issues. id even reccomend 2 caps so you can start building up the long term benefits of the ingredients in there.
 
It has been only a couple days myself but anecdotally 2 caps with no additional stims doesn't really get me buzzing/stimmed. I actually get a pretty nice mood/relaxation when taken this way (a calm feeling). 2 caps with 1 scoop Enhanced had me sweating buckets today though. :lol:
 
Can't wait to get my hands on some of this :).

A very sexy bottle indeed. Can't wait to try it the old version was a very big favorite of mine. Granted Alphamine has crushed any thoughts of what I wanted out of fat burner before.
 
I took one cap when i got it out of mail box. This was 1 hour after a scoop of Alphamine. I was sweating buckets prepping dinner lol. Had to turn a/c down
 
Finally got mine in the mail today. I just finished 8 weeks of alphamine and enhanced so I'm going to a month off. Looking for recommendations on whether I should start alpha T2 now or wait until I start backup with Alphamine

I would wait the full month before touching either supp, let your body gain sensitivity once more to the stims found in both supplements.

That month is always a long wait and hard to do but makes it that much more worth it upon returned usage. I am enjoying the AlphaT2 right now quite a bit though. :)

I love the new Alpha T-2, virtually no stim effect (I'm very stim sensitive), and I feel great. I feel sharper, more alert, and elevated mood, I feel energy, but it's more of a theanine- feel good energy, that jitters. I also feel more relaxed (I know this probably doesn't make much sense). I've only been on for about 2 weeks, but I'm on CKD right now, and I've always had great results with the older formulas. As always, PWO it is sweat city. I'm expecting great things at the end of my 8 weeks.

Seems you are getting some of the nice benefits of the bacopa with that calm and relaxed energy. This stuff does have me sweating up a storm though. :eek:
 
I love the lower stim content. Only prob I am having is sometimes I forget if I take it. So I think I did 2 scoops Alphamine/2 Caps AT2 yesterday. I was burning up
 
I have used the new Alpha T-2 the past two mornings. Plan on actually using it everyday in a couple weeks but curiosity was killing me. In about an hour maybe a little longer the sweats start to kick in. Hard to judge my mood or energy kick due to me being on my feet and moving around constantly anyway. I probably won't take this daily though. Walking around work helping people with random things while my forehead is shining with sweat isn't exactly ideal. Love this product so far though.

Alphamine is 1 thing but alphamine + alpha T2 is just amazing !!!!! 1 scoop alphamine + 1 cap alpha T2 AM and PM yesterday and today I'm not disapointed to spend my money in PES.

Yeah I'm enjoying it myself. The 2 scoops/ 2 caps within 1 hour was a bit much tho lol. I almost had to turn A/C on. I need to keep better track of what I take. Yesterday I forgot my Versa-1, and may have taken 2 Erase Pro... I'm not even blonde lol

1 Alphamine + 2 AT2 around 330

I am usually very stim sensitive. What I do with Alphamine is sip 2 scoops. If I chug 2 scoops I wig out a little lol.

If I'm doing fasted cardio b4 work, I will pop a At2 and drink 1 scoop pretty fast. Then I will drink the 2nd scoop at work roughly 2 hours later.

As far as the 2/2 it was accidental, but luckily the stim didn't kick in that hard, since it was over a hour.
 
You guys are getting me interested in alphamine...ughh. I'm trying to keep my supplements to a minimum right now, have you ever had someone who had never seen your supplement stash finally see it and kind of do that whoa reaction? That's where Im at right now lol.

Depends how sensitive you are. I think it would be fine. I personally do:

2 Scoops Alphamine/ 1 AT2 AM (7-8AM)
1 Scoop Alphamine/ 2 AT2 (3-4ish)

1.5 Scoops Volatile 5:30 have no probs falling asleep

Depends on your stim tolerance. 2 scoops of Alphamine later in the day may keep some people up. What time is your PM workout?
 
Stim tolerance is good. Pm workout is at 5pm. Ill try it and let you guys know how it goes! Might just do 1 scp alphamine & 2 at2 pre workout.

A stash is something to be proud of!

I have a drawstring bag with a couple of dozen supplement bottles in there that I take to work. If someone asks you why you have so much just look them in the eye and say "because I am swole". ;)

id go with the 2 scoops alphamine 1 cap at2 combo pre workout. Thats how I do it, the choline from the alphamine provides for better focus plus theres more caffeine so I get a better boost. Not to mention more HICA in the alphamine is better served pre workout.
 
I usually just take the pills to work, put lunch supplements in one pocket, preworkout in the other pocket.. At first I'd tried to take them so noone saw me, but after a while at the lunch room I showed my pills and what each was (garlic, magnesium, AT2, green tea, caffeine, usually on something like Erase or Anabeta)..I don't mind that so much it's when the SO see the stash..

hey everyone, ive been using the new version of a-t2 would it be complete overkill to incorporate tt-33 by iforce into the mix? i dont want to kill myself haha
 
i've never used it before just started taking it last nite, and stopped the alpha until i know i can use em both

As a general rule, I don't like to add in more than one supplement to know which one is having an effect. That being said, there's no danger in the combo.
 
great thanks for the input, I prefer to know what works too, but i'm under the gun for a show comin up so i'm having to stack things i normally wouldnt :34:
