Today's workout was incredible. Slow movements, full control. The Chest DC stretch really makes my chest feel fuller. 5 minutes after the stretch my pecs were just ridiculous, they felt like they were literally filled with air.

Decline Barbell Press-
295*9+8+5.<--- PR. I don't know why but decline is soo much easier than bench or incline. I'm liking Decline alot. Prolly try to go for 3 bills next week.
Military Barbell Press-257.5PR*8+7+6. THrew a 2.5 to beat my weight. I didn't think I could get this up after Decline. All a headgame bro. I have SOAD to thank to get me through this :thumbsup:
Close Grip Bench-255*8+6+3
Triceps were feeling awesome. Really isolated these.
T-Bar Rows-255PR*11+7+5.
Close Grip Pullups-BW*35+23+20. No weights today, wrists and forearms a little sore.
My diet has been spot on. I've filled out pretty nicely while staying lean. Haven't gained fat at all, still taking in about 4500 Cals on a decent day.
In June I'm going to shoot for the 7k range. Next week I'm going to start swimming on my Core days. I want to look sick ripped when I leave this B*tch.
