Hard grip, yes. I may have to switch it up. Maybe lower weight addons. Im pulling with 90 lbs, so its like a 295 lb dude doing pullups.

Figured the Glycobol will go great with some added calories.

Oh yeah, im doin alot of cardio and light lifts except deads and squats which im still goin heavy at. Still waiting to see the ortho.
 
Listen to him about the strengthening workouts. They work. In a month or so you will know about what you can do.
 
You do calf raises for 10 straight minutes?! HOly guacamole!
 
WHen you take 5 seconds to the top and stretch for 15-20 seconds at the bottom, the time goes by fast. THey are killer though. F*cking insane. I had to do incline walking for cardio to stretch them out.
 
What about dwarves? Or are you prejudice against certain little people and not others? There used to be a midget that worked out at a friend of mine's gym... guy was actually really pretty yoked. Had like a 4 inch ROM on his squat to go paralell, and he liked to talk trash to a lot of the guys, which was actually really entertaining.

He doesn't even look muscular or look like he can squat.

To be clear, I love dwarves and all other manner of the vertically challenged.

Today's workout was incredible. Slow movements, full control. The Chest DC stretch really makes my chest feel fuller. 5 minutes after the stretch my pecs were just ridiculous, they felt like they were literally filled with air.

Today's stats:

Decline Barbell Press-
295*9+8+5.<--- PR. I don't know why but decline is soo much easier than bench or incline. I'm liking Decline alot. Prolly try to go for 3 bills next week.

Military Barbell Press-257.5PR*8+7+6. THrew a 2.5 to beat my weight :-p. I didn't think I could get this up after Decline. All a headgame bro. I have SOAD to thank to get me through this :thumbsup:


Close Grip Bench-255*8+6+3
Triceps were feeling awesome. Really isolated these.

T-Bar Rows-255PR*11+7+5.


Close Grip Pullups-BW*35+23+20. No weights today, wrists and forearms a little sore.

My diet has been spot on. I've filled out pretty nicely while staying lean. Haven't gained fat at all, still taking in about 4500 Cals on a decent day.

In June I'm going to shoot for the 7k range. Next week I'm going to start swimming on my Core days. I want to look sick ripped when I leave this B*tch.
 
I'm starting to Plateau on some of my lifts. Might be time to swap in some new exercises.

Thanks to dedlifter1 for his shoulder press tip. Way better than going all the way down. Shoulder isn't feeling fugged.

Decline is easier because it has a shorter ROM. I find that pressing down is a lot easier than pressing up.
 
decline activates the heck out of my tri's, which makes them very easy for me :)

sorry for being awol for a week and a bit man.

I love pullups almost as much as I love p*ssy. One of those exercises that get people to say "Wow he is strong".

They deffinitely are a great indicator of power/weight strength! But they don't even register on the same scale as vajayjay bubba!

Pullups are a very good indication of your strength. My father always said to me, f*ck how much you bench, hows your deadlift and squat?
 
When Pullups have actually gotten you laid, you'll understand why ;)

I would take notice then for sure!!^^

The DC chest stretch feels like it will rip you apart but the benefits are well worth it.
 
Yea, I've quickly grown out of my Hospital Scrub top. Sometimes I leave it on for that "WoW" effect :lol:.

I go all in when I'm at the gym. Nobody can stop me in the zone. Try and talk to me in the middle of a rest pause. No answer. I'm focused MANNNNNNNNNN!!!

My ipod broke and my wife is pregnant so she doesnt use hers, so i cleared it and put my sh!t on there. Only issue is, its pink. One time some dude made a snide remark and i told him his girl must have grabbed mine off the dresser by accident.:dunno:
 
I had the same problem when my ipod broke dedlifter. People should just learn to shut their mouths sometimes.
 
I think the most annoying part about it is that it's usually someone who doesn't look like he's touched a weight in his life running his mouth. It makes you want to throw a dumbbell at his head.
