Monday I had been on Anadrol just over a week, and I was loading up for a max bench Tuesday morning. Had the McDonalds laid out in front of me, no appetite because I had been eating all day already but had to get it in. I ate as fast as I possibly could, eating contest style (had the first McDouble down in under 60 seconds).

My jaw pumps were something I’ve truly never experienced before, not like that. Almost crippling pain. Thankfully as I slowed down naturally through the meal they dissipated, but I didn’t realize such a thing could even occur.
I don't know if I ever talked about it but on my dirty bulk like 3 years ago I was shoveling down as much as I could purely for weight gain and my lower jaw between my chin and Adam's apple would get crazy pumps and even cramp up. It was a bizarre experience. It was also the most gear I ever ran. Test600, eq600, dienolone injectable200, dienolone td (cant remer the dose, it was from apex, and one of those stupid 3-4 designer combos from medfit rx

Damn jaw pumps!? You guys are hard-core!!! Lol just got back from arm day at the gym, it was epic. Only on 500mgs of test and 50mg anadrol pwo. My arms were already numb after 3 warm up sets, like a backstage pump. Just did 4 supersets 5 sets each. After I felt like I could run through a wall. It's the perfect amount too because my appetite is still high from the rebound. Weight is around 217 and I still have abs and quad vascularity. I wish I had more to run it for a few weeks. Its great because anadrol has all the good effects that tren offers without the insomnia or annoyingly freakish libido

BTW @Hyde I'm stuck on the Matt Jansen special meals. Gotta watch how many I eat tho because that's a lot of almond butter. Been limiting myself to 2 a day, not before or after training because don't want the fats at those times

^ Another vote for Wyck. Been watching him for a few months….Good comedic/sarcastic vibe in addition to the training. He’s plenty annoyed with these younger fools in the gym! To which we can relate.

Dude says some variation of “rock thru…” in each example (his home gym looks killer)

Edit* home gym, meaning the one he trains and films out of…Not his house.

I’ve been F.A.R.T.ing for the past 4 wks since I got the “ok” from my ortho and pt to lift again. Love the stretch on the tri using the cable machine single arm. It’s like a dart throwing motion

They're worth a watch, still like big Paul a little better. The ones dr todd does with Kurt havens are really in depth. They make vigorous Steve look like amateur hour. They both have said how much they respect vigorous Steve tho so that's cool

Hit legs after work yesterday and did a quick arms this morning
Screenshot_20230925_071741_Notepad Free.jpg

The next part could only happen to me. I don't know why I always find weird escaped pets, I've found lots of cats and dogs, parrots, 2 ferrets and a lizard in the past. Well, at 6am in the pouring rain I found another ferret in the road soaking wet, tiny little guy.

I had 2 of my own about 10 years ago. There awesome pets but the smell pretty bad. They don't stink terribly at first, but as there scent starts to get on everything eventually the house starts to smell like it and it becomes overpowering if you don't live there and get use to it. I also don't have the time to socialize it with my cats and dogs (which isint that hard for the ferret but it's much harder to get the dogs and cats to accept it. I fed it some raw ground beef mixed with dry cat food and I just got a msg that we found the owners. Lady with 3 young children so there on the way to meet my girl.

That’s awesome man, glad you found it’s home. You guys sound like me and my wife. We are animal lovers too, and have took in many strays ourself. We have our Maine Coon cats and little Chiweenie dog inside, and our big Akitas outside, and we have probably 15 stray cats that live in our woods, that I feed and provide shelter. We’ve gave some of those to local farmers for barn cats, and we never have rat problems. But yeah, I get it, just can’t say know to an animal in need.😇

Yes we're definitely very similar! My girlfriend keeps a extra leash and dog treats and a bottle of water in the car in Case she comes across a stray dog or cat that looks like it's a pet.

And I love animals, the thought of a domesticated animal hurt or suffering or hungry
really bothers me to a bad uncontrollable terrible feeling. I actually have some kind of weird anxiety about it. I drive around during my normal day with my eyes always peeled for animals. It's kinda debilitating sometimes lol.

When my kids were little we were leaving chucky cheese and the car in fron of us hit a cat that was probably 6months old and I kept driving so the kids wouldn't see. I got home and something told me to go back. It was alive but pancake flat except its head and arms. Not save able. I put it out it's misery and had a total melt down. Drove to the bar and drank from 9pm till 1am in silence. I would have rather did it to a person as terrible as that sounds

Yeah, those commercials on television about the abused animals get to us every time. But yet half those animals if you give them a home and food they are your best friend, and they forgive people way quicker than humans do.

My buddy has 3 rescue pit bull that were all fighting dogs. 2 were bait dogs, they literally use them just to get hurt so the fighting dog can basically practice tearing them up. The other dog is a actual fighting dog that was getting old and started loosing.

All 3 of then are the best of friends and extremely well trained (probably because it was beaten into them) but you get my point. Most would say those dogs are not adoptable and to a degree it's true, there's only a few acceptable situations where you can put those dogs.

The 2 X bait dogs can even go to the dog park. The other one probably could too but it's too risky. He won't start a problem, but if another dog gets aggressive at him it could turn for the worst

The barbell club owner got a pit recently, just a few months old. Whenever I have been going to Floorpress, he comes over and tries to chew on my ears & lick my face He likes to sit right by my side instead of letting me lower my elbows. We always have to watch him during that!

There is a special spot in HELL for an asshole like that. He deserves to be in jail and have a train run on his dog abusing ass. No lube, no spit, JUST A SERIES OF DRY ASS POUNDING

sorry if I went to a dark place there. I love animals.

2007 Wifey-Pooh and I were at a party. UFC fight PPV party. Everyone drinking smoking etc. some more wide awake than other if ya follow. “The host” was bragging how good a beating his dog could take, 20-25lb mix looked like a black lab in a Jack Russel frame. Dog was named Shadow. Dude called the dog, it reluctantly came and he BOOTED the dog. Wife and I lost our shiz. I dared his drunk ass to kick the dog again. He wound up, I grabbed dog and passed it off the my girl, he kicked the coffee table, hopping on one foot yelling at me, I shoot in prison style takedown, and then ground n pound. I was like Ralphie from Christmas Story making a series of inaudible sounds and growls.

We walked out of there w his dog. Stole the cute little guy. Had to change his name. Wouldn’t respond to Shadow, would drop and quiver. Changed his name to Murphy after the Dropkick Murphys. (From Mass at the time and Sox were winning World Series)
And that’s what u get for going to a party in Haverhill Massachusetts aka the armpit of the Merrimack Valley!!!

You did the right thing. If my wife and I were there the exact same thing woulda happened. As a matter of fact I helped her steal on of her ex boyfriends dogs. Dude was a total d bag, would leave it outside in the snow for days. We ended up giving it to the rancher who my wife would help out sometimes with the horses. It was so cool seeing that dog just run for miles on end instead if being chained up in the backyard

I rescued my first pitbull from a guy who was abusing her to try to make her mean. Same situation, guy had her tied up outside, and would whip her and try to get her to be mean. My friends had been telling me they would hear him out there beating her and didn't know what to do. One day while I was over their I hear him yelling and screaming and my buddy said that mother f'er is hitting his dog again. I got up and went out there and slammed and pinned him to the wall by his neck then informed him that he was giving his dog to me, and if not I was going to beat the crap out of him and leave him in a pile on his stoop and take the dog anyway. So he decided he was feeling generous and wanted to give me a puppy, then I let him know if he tried to mess with his neighbors I would come back and destroy him.

I had her for 16 years after that, and she was probably the best dog I have ever had.

That’s good man!!!…. “Dad, can you talk to him, he has skinny bitch legs”! True story. Kid has great genetics too. His upper body is chiseled. He is very lean. Keeps asking me about a good weight gainer. I just tell him to eat. I have even offered for him to hit legs w me at the house to no avail. Thought that was win win. It would make sure both of us don’t skip leg day. Squats, Bulgarian splits, and Rdl’s. It’s a European based workout. Lol. But I really just have a power rack, bar, plates and db’s

That’s all you need! I’m surprised he didn’t take you up on that.

If you wanna get big and gain weight, you have to train your lower body - that’s where the biggest muscles are!

I like your answer to a good weight gainer “Eat”. Our gym is near the college here, so we get all kinds of college kids, man oh man some of the girls, but anyway a lot of the boys will ask about what’s a good weight gainer, I tell them to eat more food, but I do give them advice on food that can add the calories and protein. Actually that’s usually the first thing I tell guys if they ask about the best steroid to gain weight, I tell them well start with more calories and protein first.
