Long story short... I dropped some chicken on the floor and went to pick it up and slipped and fell. Had to get back up... So there is one.

The next squat, was in the shower, I kind of fell in there too.. I've been on the struggle bus today lmfao!

So, choosing 225 for my first ever attempt at 10x10 was a terrible idea. I blame my girlfriend for pouncing me before I went to the gym sapping what energy I had left after work.

Should have re-carbed afterwards and filled your glycogen levels back up. Or you should have just laid there and let her do all the work so you didn't burn your legs out. ;)
 
I'm starting smolov for 11 weeks so i will enter my total amount of squats afterwards

Would split squats count? I follow Meadow's style but dunno if that's more of a lunge pattern

Also for front squats I like to use lifting straps as a holder, google/YouTube it. Way easier.
