Seriously, 3000? Even just body weight that's crazy. Quick math, if it takes a second to do a squat, that's fifty minutes of squatting, lol
And no one on earth can do fifty minutes of squating straight through

But don't forget all of the warm up exercises that were done before the squats:

OH Press; 1x5x65, 1x5x80, 1x5x95
Side laterals; 3x10x20, 2x10x15
Face Pulls; 1x10x135, 1x10x165, 1x5x195, 1x20x125
Concentration curl; 4x10x35
Hammer curl; 4x10x35
Back Squat; 20x50x225, 20x100x135
Barbell Hack squat; 2x50x135

And all while only consuming 1500-1800 calories/day. Mild training. Can't wait to see when it gets kicked up a notch!

Wait hold on am I reading this correctly?

20×50×225

Meaning you did 20 sets of 50 reps with 225 lbs? That's 1,000 reps with 225 lbs.

I'm sorry guys, not to be a dick but I'm calling bull **** on these lol. I've interned with a coach that trained pro's, elite athletes and had an Olympian. None of these top caliber athletes would do 1,000 reps with 225 not only because that programming would be ludicrous but also for fear of Rhabdo.

From here on out squats on the moon are considered gravity doping and won't be counted hahaha! Let's dial in our ethics and do this **** right ;)

It would be hard for me to roll out of bed on 1800 calories. Not sure how to hold onto size with 1800 cals and 2000 squats either. Do they make drugs that good? If so, I want them.

Not a chance! Lol....
I lost 12 pounds after my 2 intense sessions that were a week apart ...
Im post a 6 month run of hgh n other pharma grade goodies n according to my blood work my recovery post training should b fabulous!
Well....
I couldn't walk for 4 days n completely missed almost a week of training as well..

So I was just sitting on my ass, still eating according to my meal plan and that was 810 extra squats in 2 sessions..
12 friggin lbs! There no way one can do such intense volume on such low cals n not lose some muscle ... But that's just my opinion....

Lol well I didn't take in account time in gym, but now that I'm looking at it, could of been longer.. I think I got there at 9 and got home at 12ish.

Just looked up rhabdo.. never heard of this before but sounds horrible.

I've been wanting to buy a chest mount so I can record some sessions, so eventually I will be able to record something for you guys. It is just incredibly boring though lol watching someone squat for hours on end.

So you're saying you did 1000 squats at 225? Come on man. Mods let me know if I'm out of line but can we not count his? I want to get to 100000 but not like that, lol

Yes, I have done it before.. If you really don't want to count it than proceed not to. I won't argue what I did, I know what I did, if you wish to acknowledge it that is up to you.

I don't plan on doing that high in volume again for fear of rhabdo, but when I get a chest mount I will record myself doing this exact same workout to show everyone proof. :) than you can decide to count them if you want.

Let's add another 57. Hack squats. If we count body squats(which I don't count them in my log) then it would be 50 more.
Total counting just the Hacks is 14411
Counting the BW squats - 14461

All good, we'll just keep it going, so the calculations are correct but no more gravity doping Mr Honest Abe.

Let's keep this bad boy on track guys! I don't want it to fall apart, we're all doing so well! Keep ripping it up!

Here's the thing, that's why we made these threads. To hold each other accountable and be apart of bettering one another! That's the camaraderie of it all.

Keep it up guys! Keep doing your normal routines, add some extra in here and there or whatever and let's hit that 100k!!!

Actually thinking about it, would it be fine to call most of mine void for the time being? I'd prefer to record a video for proof. As to clear my name and leave no doubt.

No dude, lol. I don't want this thread to get cluttered with a bunch of recalculated rep counts haha. We're going to stay the course BUT let's make sure to keep it honest around here :) Not saying it didn't happen etc but for the sake of my ego stop doing thousands of squats. Please and thank you :)

It wouldn't be that difficult I'd just subtract my total lol. Mainly want to do this as it seems a few don't trust me, which is fine, but still it is like calling me a liar. And that pisses me off. So I'd rather clean my nose from this and take mine out. As I have been insulted already. Busting my ass to do squats until my heart hurt and became lightheaded and to be indirectly insulted here. No thank you.

14461-5000=9461.
I did more than 5000, but I will leave those in.

I have to say, ( after how easy my body recovered the second time, asides from the weight loss), it could b possible to condition ur self to do such high reps, I'm just curious on how u look... Will u post a pic of ur physique in ur thread?

Lol come on dude, leave the drama buddy. No one is insulting you. That amount of squats is just hard to believe. You should've known there would be disbelief with posts of 3k squats, so like I said the count stays. Go enjoy your vacation ;)

Back on track, count is 14,461, the same as before. Anyone doing weekend squats!? I'm def not hahaha!

I'm a Broncos fan, so I'll be watching the game Sunday. What if we make things interesting in here and either wage squats for example I bet someone 100 squats the Broncos beat the Cardinals OR we take our favorite teams and add up total scores of the games and do that many squats.

For example
Broncos 35 Cardinals 17
I would owe 52 squats

Someone else likes the Lions
Lions 24 vs opponent 30
They would owe 54

Any takers?

At a later time when I'm not so fluffy. Lol

http://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/records-3000/most-weight-squat-lifted-in-one-hour-individual/ Just gonna leave that here. The world record for most weight squatted in an hour was a guy doing 135 lbs and he did about 1000. And you say you did 1000 at 225 lbs, and then another 2000, all in three hours. Can you blame us for not believing you?
This. 2000 at 135. 1000 at 225. About 4hrs, not sure. It is fine to not believe, but than I'd like my squats out, to be fair. You also asked for this.

I'll take that bet sir. I am a Vikings and Cardinals fan here from AZ. It is a challenge for the Cards this week in Denver, but I'll put my legs on the line.

Would put more value on the Powerlifter's additions, as right now they seem very little based on rep #

Maybe to be considered once this one is done

Done! 100 sound fair? Where you watching the game? I'm debating heading to Scottsdale for a little madness haha!

Shall we keep it at 100? Whatever weight that goes in line with your workout and it can performed in line with your normal leg day! Or however you choose!

I don't know; I am not a mass monster and probably never will be as I approach age 36 next week. That and myriad injuries along the way, vacations that interrupt routines, and some potential big news I may mention soon have led me to lift what a lot of guys on here would call low/moderate weight, but as long as I keep the reps high and rest time short, I'll be happy with that. I think today I totaled 12,300 and never put more than 315 on the bar. Almost everyone else on this board can definitely put that to shame; in fact 10 mil may be a very low #

Just at home. 100 it is. For me payday would be Wednesday. But I'm trying to figure how to keep it honest, because I'm already doing 10 x 10's. So I'd be doing 100 this week anyways. I lose I do 200 this week, mine and yours.

Alright, I like it! 100 + our normal routine. Deal!
