20 sets of 50 reps of anything is impressive.
I do this with c0ck push-ups every night before bedthe ladies appreciate my dedication.

Back Squat; 20x50x225, 20x100x135
Barbell Hack squat; 2x50x135
And all while only consuming 1500-1800 calories/day. Mild training. Can't wait to see when it gets kicked up a notch!

I'm sorry guys, not to be a dick but I'm calling bull **** on these lol. I've interned with a coach that trained pro's, elite athletes and had an Olympian. None of these top caliber athletes would do 1,000 reps with 225 not only because that programming would be ludicrous but also for fear of Rhabdo.

It would be hard for me to roll out of bed on 1800 calories. Not sure how to hold onto size with 1800 cals and 2000 squats either. Do they make drugs that good? If so, I want them.
