I'm doing legs tonight. I also want to add in front squats into my loop. That's if there isn't some **** head standing in the only squat rack my gym has FML

Hotel fitness center workout. :-(

Goblet squats = 12 x 5 = 60
Dumbbell squats = 10 x 4 = 40

100 + 20393 = 20,493
