Anyone know what's the measurement for 500mg or 1gram for SP's ? Thanks
 
Should say it right on the tub. I think 1/4tsp is the serving size listed.

Also, whats everyones cheap recommendation for electrolytes? Can I just grab a bottle of potassium from walmart, or does it need to be more elaborate to prevent the sides?

its 100 percent legit. Ive used it twice and still have leftover for my third run right now. so awesome. I just weigh out a gram and split it into half. Its usually about 1/4 of a teaspoon (not heaping) gives me a gram.
 
1/4 tsp. is about 630mg according to bulk serving

I just started taking electrolyte powder with it to be safe, but I haven't had cramps yet at 1.2-1.8g day
 
Thanks guys, I finally figured out what's going on in here. This is perfect because I need to come off Alphamine but I want to keep cutting. What's the recommended dosage?

Have seen some say that anything over 1g is useless. But I do believe the studies were done at 2g. Generally speaking the more you use the worst the cramps will be. I have SP brand and im dosing 3/4 a tsp a day. ( 636mg per 1/4 tsp)One upon waking, ome midday, and 1 before bed

I've always used Taurine for anything like TTA, and usually at 6g +. I will however toss in some Leicine and/or Gatorade if things get ridiculous with hydration/circulation.

You can get decent electrolyte products that have like 150 servings that aren't flavoured (so much cheaper than gatorade).

I've been using a 1/4tsp on wake, 1/4tsp after work with a squeeze of Powerade drops (grocery store sells them next to Kool Aid powders) in my water for the past couple weeks. No cramps yet. But I just noticed that there's a sale going on until May 12, making Athlytes $13.50/bottle: Invalid Link Removed
 
Cramping really bad in my lats right now from DCP originally formula, switching to 2.0 for the time being. DCP original is probably the best cutting agent Ive ever used though, used it two summers ago and got to my all time leanest... did have some cramping issues then as well, TTA just does that to me regardless of my taurine consumption and electrolyte products like the old Nimbus one that I had on hand at the time.
 
How long can you safely run DCP (OG with TTA)?

I have seen a retailer in the UK say, that it can be used as a stable year round?

Even dsade seemed to support this, while he wouldn't recommend it with the new DCP 2.0 formula.

What's the verdict on this?

You should always cycle off of supplements, there is no need to take TTA all year.
 
2nd day on TTA and wow talk about massive cramping, back, calves everywhere

This stuff doesn't agree me. Should I take some taurine and push through it?

Cramping by day 2 can't be right. TTA takes weeks to build up in the appropriate membranes. It's either something else or you are hypersensitive to TTA

I am very sensitive for sure it was the 3rd day to be exact.
Stopped taking if last night and boom, I can finally walk without feeling like my glutes or calfs feel like they're going to rip apart.

Plus it made me extremely lethargic?
Maybe I was consuming way too much TTA. It was smart powders brand so I have to measure it properly next time.

How were you measuring it? I would use a scale.
 
You should really invest in a scale if you're going to use bulk powders; it's not wise to just estimate.
