SO pumped SNS is making TTA-500 again! **** yeah.

I remember a loooong time ago one of the Gaspari reps going on about how TTA stacked incredibly with ArA. Old Gaspari rep whose wife competed. Forgot his name.

The guy who said it was deserusan, and he was terribly incorrect. TTA increases the flux of fatty acids from muscle tissue and adipose to liver and muscle tissue (when exercising). This is how it burns fat, by upregulating beta oxidation. This would be counterproductive with ArA as it would diminish the amount of ArA that would be utilized for cell signaling, as more of it would go to energy production. TTA is one thing, along with fish oil, that would be very counterproductive with ArA. They screw it up via different mechanisms, but the endpoint of plasma membrane ArA depletion is the same

Exactly. I wouldn't ever listen to deserusan for science advice.

Good to know about ArA/TTA interaction...as I recall ~2 years ago it was said that they would compliment each other very well...Which is why I had stacked them at that point...

Interesting, the opposite was preached far and wide a few years back on the forums. Good info, I'd be curious to see what literature Des read leading him to his opinion... but of course he's long gone from the forums.

EDIT: regardless of tta w ara, tta kicks @ss for fat loss.

Lucky me, still have old DCP on hand!

What would be even better would the old scivation lipidfx. It had tta in it along with a strong appetite suppressant. That stuff was great for dieting.be

So should TTA and ArA be completely avoided together?

Or can you dose em apart (say AM and PM) and be fine?

Thanks

Does this mean TTA is best used pre-workout? And would it be better used in morning while fasting for 4-5 hours, or right before a meal?

I'm currently doing 7am (fasted) then 11:30am before lunch, then 6pm before dinner, then 11pm before bed, but even drinking copious amounts of liquid isn't helping. Not really cramping, but it feels like all my muscles are torn, so I need to drop down to 1-1.5g

Just for reference, I weigh 220 lbs and I can't go over 1g without cramping. 2g was horrible for me.

Is TTA not supposed to be taken before your post workout meal? Just wondering if the antiinflammatory effects might hinder muscle growth. Thanks.

I'd personally go pre-workout. TTA may assist with insulin sensitivity, however this wi be optimized post workout anyways.

Just picked up two bottles of TTA. I plan to run it stacked with xi-kt to get ready for a cruise end of OCT. Might even throw in eca for good measure.

Should be an awesome stack. Let us know how you like the TTA

On 1g TTA, 75mg F-95, 450mg T2 and Alphamine at the moment. Started off really well but into my third week and holding a lot of water so hoping it's all going on underneath!

Water retention is annoying. Anything you can take to reduce it while cycling? Reduce xt?

tta would stack very nicely with the new dcp 2.0, imo.
