Today:
Ate a stuffed burrito this morning- it had eggs (4), black beans, salsa, and avacado on it. Along with some strawberry yogurt and some coconut milk. Then I took all of my vits, fish oil, and of course 2 TestoPRO's.

Foods:
Post workout was the usual 40/30. My meal was a cup of oatmeal and 6 eggs and a handfull of blueberries. A little later I ate another half can of salmon and toast with some broccoli. For lunch I went out to Whole Foods and picked of there little food place. I got some chicken breast, rice, veggies, and some spinach lasagna stuff. It was good, but over priced of course. For a snack I mixed up some oatmeal, wheat germ, peanut butter, evoo, and chocolate whey in a bowl and ate it. Probably my favorite meal of the day. Almost an hour ago I ate a large steak, carrots, and a piece of toast.
Tomorrow I going to do some complex routine in the morning. After that I'm heading to work. It looks like it is going to be a great day outside so I'll be busy. Then I got a big game in my bball leaguein the evening.
