The bread last longer because of the lack of flour; however, it must be kept cooler than room temperature because of the sprouts aging in warmer climates. Food for thought.

Yep you got to keep it cool. I do the same thing and stock up on it while it is on sale. The big six pack of tortillas were on sale for 2.50 a bag and I went to the store yesterday and they were 7 a bag. I was just about to restock too since I'm down to my last bag, but they did have the bread for 4 so I picked up a few loafs...
 
Morning wood, i mean workout...

Early Start:

For breakfast I ate 6 eggs, yogurt, ezekiel bread w/ honey and peanut butter, and some alamonds. I took all of my vits, fish oil, and my AM dose of TestoPRO at this time. An hour later I went to lift.

Weights:

Pull Ups - BW 10 sets of 5 w/ 30 seconds in between sets

Deadlifts - 135 x 5, 205 x 5, 285 x 2, 315 x 1, 345 x 1, 365 x 1

Reverse Grip Bent Rows - 115 x 10, 135 x 8, 155 x 4

DB Rows - 65 x 15,10 superset w/
Reverse Grip EZ Curls - 65 x 5&5, 5&5

After:

I just finished my post workout shake, the usual 40 & 30. Now I got to get ready to go to work. Hopefully they will have some good food up there today. I'll be sure to post what I eat the rest of the day. Oh yeah the 345 and 365 are the two biggest deadlifts I ever got!!!

I have a spare refrigerator in my garage, so storage is an easy fix for me. Our main unit in the kitchen is packed with the food that we will eat during the week. I also have a meat freezer that I keep stocked. :D

I've been wanting to get a deep freezer. Definitely a good investment.

Yesterday

Food:

At work yesterday they did not have any hot food to serve. The salad bar was open and they had sandwiches though. Luckily they had a ton of chopped up chicken breast on the salad bar though. I ate three plates of the breast and an assortment of veggies and crasins while I was at work. I was only there for two hours before I came back home.

At home I made some turkey patties and had turkey burgers. A little later I ate a half can of salmon w/ a large bowl of spinach. Then I ate another turkey burger. For dinner I ate the rest of the salmon and pinto beans. Before bed I had a protein shake.

Today I got a leg shoulders day!! Got to make some breakfast and get ready to lift :yeah:
 
Man I miss being in my early 20's and being able to eat almost anything I wanted and still make good gains. Everytime I read your daily log, I'm envious of the food choices.

For lunch I went out to Whole Foods and picked of there little food place. I got some chicken breast, rice, veggies, and some spinach lasagna stuff. It was good, but over priced of course. For a snack I mixed up some oatmeal, wheat germ, peanut butter, evoo, and chocolate whey in a bowl and ate it. Probably my favorite meal of the day. Almost an hour ago I ate a large steak, carrots, and a piece of toast.

Tomorrow I going to do some complex routine in the morning. After that I'm heading to work. It looks like it is going to be a great day outside so I'll be busy. Then I got a big game in my bball leaguein the evening.

LOL...I couldn't eat enough to make gains in my early 20s!
 
I can only imagine...at your size, I would have never had a snowball's chance in hell, lol...

I didn't know anything about diet and supps then either, though :frustrate

It would have been great to have things like TestoPRO back then!
 
Im diggin me some hamburger helper, milk, and leftovers from mom's house.
Today she dropped off a casserole... baked spaghetti with a topping of cheese and pepperonis... delicious...
Just gotta make it til May... then hopefully it will be greener pastures.
 
Dude I love hamburger Helper:heart: I am a pretty good cook, its hard sometimes to eat the same damn thing every day. I made French onion soup, and chili this past sunday, the chili cooked for over 6 hrs. It was breathtaking.:scratchchin:
 
Haven't had hemburger helped in years - good stuff!! lol last week my Mom made some chili, it was explosive
 
Hamburger helper is the best because.... it is easy to make, delicious, and moderately nutritious. oh yeah... and its cheap!
Im not much of a cook but a pot of chili sounds like it would last a week or so... just gotta be wary of the side effects :)

What are you guys talking about? Hamburger Helper is horrible for you. lol. - It would be "moderately nutritious" if you got rid of the pasta it came with and replaced it with a whole wheat pasta source, but even then the stuff has trans fats and a bunch of preservative garbage in it.

Like I said, really all you can do is get rid of the pre-packaged enriched white pasta and get your own. You can't really do much else. But even if the macronutrients are somewhat decent, you've still got the chemical junk in it.

Have you ever tried Ragu Cheddar sauce? That stuff is pretty dank, and you don't need much of it. It tastes great on beef or chicken. Mix in with some whole wheat macaroni noodles.

This is where it gets difficult; bodybuilding and healthy eating don't necessarily go hand in hand. - I do my best to find a balance.

Ahh thats easy pick out the pasta then pour it over some whole wheat pasta. I do not eat it often but it is sure yummy.

Today...

Yeah that's why I haven't ate HH in years....

Had breakfast today, 6 eggs, half a steak, toast w/ peanut butter, and blueberries. Then I went to do a quick complex and core workout.

Workout:

Complex - Deadlift, Stiff Leg Deads, Bent Rows, Cleans, Front Squat, Push Press, Squat, Good Mornings - 6,5,4,3,2,1 w/ 75 lbs - 30 seconds rest betweeb each series

Various Core things - ab wheel, hanging leg/knee raises, and planks

Food

Post workout I had my usual 40/30 drink. Then I had to rush to work. At work I ate like a KING. Fricken countless chicken breast, veggies, rye rolls, and mashed potatoes!!! I had three plates right when I came in, and I went back to eat two hours later. After that I had to do work and it took about 4 hours. Once I got back in I ate again, same thing.

I just got home and I had a shake w/ a whole can of coconut milk- around 720 cals- w/ 50 grams of whey, and my PM serving of TestoPRO. I got to head out to my bball game in a few minutes, hopefully it will go well.

Well we played horrible. Had way to many turnovers and did not play any type of defence in the second half. Ended up only losing by 10, we were up by 10 within the first 10 minutes of the game. I was out of gas by the start of the second half - a rough day a work took everything out of me. No excuses though - I need to work on my game- get it back to something close like I was a few years ago.

I was in a pretty bad mood when I got home and I did not want to cook anything. I just had a protein shake, took a shower, and fell asleep.

This Morning

Woke up extra early since I have to be at work extra early. Once I get home I am going to get a chest/tri's/hams workout in. Later tonight I'm also going to try to get into the high school gym by my house to get some shooting in. Last night I was like 2-8 shooting and most of them were wide open or really close to the hoop.

Today I plan on eating anything I can get my hands on. I believe that it is Mexican Day at work- hopefully they got that good fajita chicken and steak....

I ate as much as I could and headed home. As soon as I got home I went to lift, kind of a rushed session, only had 30 minutes...

Incline DB Press - 65 x 10, 75 x 8,6,6,5,4

Stiff Leg Deads - 165 x 10,10,10,10,10 superset w/
Dips - didn't really count the reps, just went w/ BW

Post:

Had my usual 40-30 after. Then I had run a few errands. Once I got back homr I ate chicken breast, bread, spinach, brocolli, and a few shrimp. Two hours later I mixed up some peanut butter, oatmeal, whey, and evoo in a bowl and ate it.

TestoPRO Notes:

Strenght is surging up now. I can feel it for sure. Skin has still been oily, and I have had a few more pimples. Libido is kind of off and on, similar to what Metroba describes in his log. Yesterday was a real low day, and today is feeling the same way.

Post:

After this I had to hurry to get ready for work. I got a my regular shake in and headed out. Once I got to work I went and ate a plate of mashed potatoes, veggies, two ribs, and chicken breast. I ate this same meal three more times throughout the day, the only change is that I also had some chicken pot pie during two of the last times.

I finally got back home a little late and I had to get ready for my Thursday night bball league. Before I left my house I had another shake similar to a post workout shake. We ended up winning our game w/ a last second 3, it was a good game. I played a lot better than on Tuesday for sure.

As soon as I got home I ate a vanilla Greek yogurt, almonds, chicken breast, and some spinach. It was late for me at this time and I just hit the sack after the meal.

Today:

I do not know if I am going to have time to lift today. In a little bit I got to go to work, it is suppose to be a very busy day up there. If it is I may be to tired to lift, but I will try my best.
 
Any gains in weight yet? I think I have gained a few pounds reading what you're eating!! Looks great JD.

Stims are def a necessity while in school.

Are you getting rock hard erections man? Totally gai I know but I am and I'm trying to get some other opinions.

Also, how much have your lifts gone up? Pick the major ones.
