Any gains in weight yet? I think I have gained a few pounds reading what you're eating!! Looks great JD.
It sure feels like I am up a few pounds, but I had to tighted my belt another notch this week at work. My finace says that I look a lot fuller and bigger in my shoulders and upper back. My legs are even looking a little bigger to me, but that's just my eyes.

Yep I sure could use some stims before bball games. I think I got some caffeine tabs that I could use before them, but I wonder since the games are so late, will this affect my sleep?? I do not need any stims for work though, always got tons of energy in the day, especially early morning (i'm such a morning person lol)
Stims are def a necessity while in school.
Are you getting rock hard erections man? Totally gai I know but I am and I'm trying to get some other opinions.
Also, how much have your lifts gone up? Pick the major ones.
Man I have been able to get up multiple times over the past few days :speechless: and they are solid
So far I have eclipsed my best deadlift, set a pr on bw dips, and got my old max bench (215) twice - I might have been able to knock out 3 but I do not have a spot. In the next week or two I'm going to go for 300 on the squat, which will be a pr, 225 for as many reps as possible on the squat. I want to go for 400 on the deadlift but I do not have this much weight at my house. my home gym needs a major renovation lol. The weights on most of my lifts feels lighter though, I just have it in my mind that I can get the weight or reps and I pull through.
