Testing TestoPRO like a Pro (sponsored)

Any gains in weight yet? I think I have gained a few pounds reading what you're eating!! Looks great JD.

It sure feels like I am up a few pounds, but I had to tighted my belt another notch this week at work. My finace says that I look a lot fuller and bigger in my shoulders and upper back. My legs are even looking a little bigger to me, but that's just my eyes.

Yep I sure could use some stims before bball games. I think I got some caffeine tabs that I could use before them, but I wonder since the games are so late, will this affect my sleep?? I do not need any stims for work though, always got tons of energy in the day, especially early morning (i'm such a morning person lol)

Stims are def a necessity while in school.

Are you getting rock hard erections man? Totally gai I know but I am and I'm trying to get some other opinions.

Also, how much have your lifts gone up? Pick the major ones.

Man I have been able to get up multiple times over the past few days :speechless: and they are solid

So far I have eclipsed my best deadlift, set a pr on bw dips, and got my old max bench (215) twice - I might have been able to knock out 3 but I do not have a spot. In the next week or two I'm going to go for 300 on the squat, which will be a pr, 225 for as many reps as possible on the squat. I want to go for 400 on the deadlift but I do not have this much weight at my house. my home gym needs a major renovation lol. The weights on most of my lifts feels lighter though, I just have it in my mind that I can get the weight or reps and I pull through.
 
today's updates

Had to work almost all day long. I got to eat through out though. First off I ate some chicken pot pie and veggies. Two hours later I ate some spaghetti and veggies. Then I ate some beef slices, mashed potatoes, and veggies. Finally before I left I had some beef stroganoff with veggies and a rye roll. All in a good day's work!!

Tomorrow I have to wake up extra early to go to work. I will get in a leg/shoulders session when I get off. Gonna eat big!!

Another one down

Today:

This morning I woke up really early, and from the get go I was in a rush. Unfortunatley I did not have the time to cook my eggs, so I put 4 in a shake along with 1/2 cup of oatmeal, strawberries, a banana, and honey. After this I was out of the door and on my way to work. At work I then had a large scoop of whey (some from my samples stash) in some whole milk with two cornbread muffins. Then I had to work outside for 5 straight hours. Once I got inside the kitchen had just closed until aftr lunch. So I couldn't eat real good, and I was starving.

Once I got back I heard that my family was grillen some surf and turf. So you know I had to go get some!! I ate two big steaks, beans, spinach, and a few shrimp. Then it was time to lift:

Workout:

Warmed up w/ some jump squats-

Squats - 235 x 3, 255 x 3, 265 x 3, 275 x 3, 285 x 3,3

DB Push Press - 35 x 5, 65 x 5,5, 75 x 3,2

BB Calf Raise Jumps - 135 x 10,10,10 supset w/
DB Shoulder Killer (bent laterals,side laterals,db press) - 25 x 8,8,8

Sissy Squat - +50 x 10,10,9 superset w/
High Pulls - 115 x 5,5,5

After:

I had my usual post workout shake. Now I am on my way to warm up a steak with some beans, some kind of veggies, and a ciabatta roll. I was happy to hit 285 on my squats. A new PR of mine is set again while on TestoPRO. I think I'll be getting 300 in a week or two. That shoulder killer triset really did kill my shoulders, it was painfull pump. Each time I let the db down my shoulders felt like they were going to explode.

Tomorrow I have to work early and then I'm going on out to my fiance's parents place. I might lift on tomorrow but it will probably just be core work. Then I'll still be out on Monday, I'll get a chest/ham session in hopefully!!
 
Nice job on the squats!! J, when you deadlift, are your feet on the floor, or a step? Pulling from a step for a few weeks or longer will give you alot of strength, so when you go back to the floor, you will probably pull another PR. You should give it a try! That shoulder supersett looks brutal, I would add in some plate chops for extra nastyness.:wink1:

I don't have a step at the gym so I have to resort to 25 plate pulls. It is a lot of work collecting all of the 25s but well worth the effort to do so. I love how much the extra range of motion reallly taxes you AND gives you a lot more power out of the bottom for that initial pull. I am with him it will increase your weight on normal deads for sure.

Basically a wasted day. Woke up early, had a bad/rushed breakfast - shake w/ oatmeal, eggs, whey, strawberries. It was raining in the morning so I figured I would not even work, but I went anyway. Wasted my time and came right back home. Then I got ready to make the drive to my future in-laws. On the way up I picked up a protein bar, some mix1 drink thing, and a container of Greek yogurt. Finally got up there and had 2 egg sandwhiches.

I got in a little quick core workout. Lots of planks, side planks, and then some hip thrusters and stretching. Then I had some whey. My girl then made some meixcan style chicken soup. It is really awesome stuff. Pretty spicey too. A little later I had a 6 eggs, with a slice of toast with some home made blueberry jam. The last thing that I'll get will be some caesin shake in a few minutes.

Tomorrow I hope to get in a chest/ham workout tomorrow, but I might be too busy. If not I can probably get it in on Tuesday or Wednesday when I get back home for sure. I got to re-check my weight on the scale that I used on the first day and I'm at 207. I think that is up 2 pounds, but I think I look bigger and I have been eating real big lately.

Clearly, you have an impressive appetite, my friend! :D Was it always like this, or is TestoPRO contributing to it? If you continue to pack on food like this, it will be hard to figure out how much of your results/gains are due to TestoPRO and how much to food. :) By the way, how is your body composition like, compared to pre-TestoPRO?

Yeah I've always had a pretty good appetite, but I seem to be a lot more hungry since starting TestoPRO now that I think about it. I know that if my job was not so much walking/running around (around 6-7 miles everytime I work) then I would have gained a few more pounds. When I was bulking from 185 to 215 a few months ago I was really eating like a mad man though.

As for my gains, they have been great so far. Massive PR's are being set and I am lighter than I was a few months ago. My body composition is coming around. I think my upper back is wider, my legs are thicker, and my chest seems a little bigger as well. I wish I would have taken some measurments before. I know for a fact that my waist has fallen a bit too, my work shorts were begining to fall off my waist so I had to tighten my belt another knotch.

Today is going fairly well for me, although I will not have time to get in the chest/ham session that I was shooting for. Maybe tomorrow aftr I get home I can. So far today I have had - 8 eggs, 2 pieces of toast w/ honey & peanut butter for breakfast - a small whey shake and a banana as a snack - left over chicken soup stuff w/ two tomatoe sandwiches for lunch - another whey shake and a few scoops of peanut butter for a snack - I just two more bowls of chicken soup - and I will probably have some more eggs tonight with some other goods.

I really appreciate all of the support from you guy's so far. I feel that all of you are helping me push myself everytime I go to lift - almost like you are watching me and making sure I am going hard. Thanks again guys!!:cheers:

My job is really physical as well, my appetite is ferocious, but i dont put on as much, cause my everyday caloric needs are pretty high.:burger:
 
I know my appetite has been increased as well. However activity has been lower due to illness which is a real bummer.

We stopped to eat at a Luby's (gross I know) and I had a chicken breast, rice, and some sauted veggies. By the time we got back home it was later in the afternoon and I wanted to lift badly. So I mixed up a whey shake and headed off to lift.

Lifting:

Bench - warm ups, 175 x 3, 195 x 1, 215 x 1, 225 x 1,1 230 x 1

One Leg Deadlifts - 65 x 3,3,3,3

Dips - BW x 5, +35 x 5, +45 x 5, +55 x 5,7

Post:

So I got my goal on the bench and surpassed it in the same workout. 225 felt heavy on the first rep, but on my second one it felt light so I threw on the 2.5's and knocked out one more. I would have went to 235 or even 240 if I would have had a spot. The one leg deads were different, it was the first time that I tried them out. Then on the dips I hit another personal best knocking out 7 reps w/ 55 lbs on me.

Post workout I had my usual 40/30 shake. Now I am heating some chicken breast, with some pinto beans, and some pico. Later I have a bball game to get to. I haven't seen the team that we are playing yet, and hopefully we get the win. Tomorrow I'm going to be busy but I'm goin to get a back/biceps session in for sure!!

Man thanks a lot guys. It is hard to keep motivation when breathing is hard. I feel like I have a 200 pound man on my chest and that makes it really hard to get a full range of motion with him there. ;) However the sex drive is up and several other high test type activity is going on. I wish I was able to really push right now to see what I could get out of this at 100%.

Agree with Kleen! outstanding bro..all this work paid off..Hitting a goal is huge.. I was the same way man..hell I looked at 225 and my mind was liek no way, once I started feeling the weight i got used it to. I just hit a one rep max of 260, and was very stoked! now with my new log, i set a goal of 285..
Really enjoying the log, and look foward to using this product;)

Today:

Had a pretty good day so far. Breakfast was 6 eggs, toast w/ peanut butter, and a bowl full of strawberries. After this I kind of rushed to get in a my workout...

Workout:

Pull Ups - BW x 5, +10 x 5, + 20 x 5, +35 x 4,3, & a few negative only

Deadlifts - 255 x 5, 275 x 5, 295 x 4, 315 x 3, 335 x 2,2

DB Rows - 85 x 3,4,6,4 superset w/

Got my 40/30 shake. Soon after I had a steak w/ a baked potatoe and plain greek yogurt (this was nasty so I added some chocolate whey in). Right aftr this I was off to work. At work I ate chicken & beef fajita meat, rice, beans, and some fish w/ various veggies and pico. I had 3 plates all similar to this during the next 6 hours. Once I got home I ate some almonds. Now I am eating on some tuna fish with brocolli.

Today's workout session was really rushed. I only had 45 minutes to get it all in and I was gassed by the end of it. My back was destroyed after all was down. Usually after doing weighted pull ups I would not be able to knock more than 5 or 6 chin ups later in my workout, but today I got 10 easily, then I knocked out 15 more. I was satisfied!!

Tomorrow I have to work very early, and then I have a bball game later that night. I do not know if I will be able to knock out a leg session at all. It might be better to save it for Friday anyway...

Today

What went down today:

This morning I had to wake up extra early. I rushed to gent down a shake w/ 4 eggs, scoop of whey, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, and a few strawberries with my TestoPRO of course. Once I got to work I got out almost immediatley, but first I ate a cookie (first one in forever) with a small glass of milk. After I finished my round I went up and ate a few large slices of meat off a huge roasted turkey, with black eyed peas, collard greens, and some mashed potatoes. Then I had to go out and work another round. So by this time I had spent around 7 hours outside, walking 13 miles. After this time I was beat, it was super humid outside, but it could of been a lot worse. Once I got inside I had two large plates of chicken breast, mashed potatoes, broccoli, rice, and more chicken breast. Following that I had a big fruit bowl, which was amazing.

Finally I got home, and right away I got read for my late night bball game. I had a shake and a greek yogurt thing. We won our game which was nice. I just got home and I got to find something to eat. I think I have some tuna so I might get a bowl or two. Tomorrow I have to work early again, but as soon as I get home I got a leg/shoulder day planned. I'm already fired up!!
 
Fire that beats up for tomorrow,, man they cant win any game when there playing against TestoPro! hahahahaha , **** those meals man, im going to look into a part time job a Golf course:)
