Yes! They have always been one of my favorites for chest! I can do a soild amount of weight and i FEEEEEL them so much more then most other chest exersizes, ESPECIALLY when you get to the top and SQUEEZE and crap outta them!I really started to love Incline DB Flies Teg. I am dreading how many calories I am gonna need to consume come 6 months from now when I am bulking. I am quite a bit heavier this time around, and I am only gonna have to eat MORE to keep growing. Remember, if you want to be 170lbs, you have to eat enough at 160lbs to feed a 170lbs person. When you want to grow, always eat past the point of satisfaction. Food coma all the way.
