Me personally would throw some Wheat bread/Wrap twice a day or so with some Cold cuts if you can.

I eat the Wheat Bread with my PB Sandwich. I HAD thought about adding a Turkey Sandwhich in somewere if possible. But right now, im almost eatting non stop! :lol:
 
I had wondered about that. Stoopid Simple Sugars! Ive been tryin to find fruits that wont bother me! Ive got the Protein down tho LOL Arg..... Atleast ive leaned out while gaining! Im happy about that for sure, then the strength gains have been quite awesome for sure!

Whole foods has dried pineapple with no added sugar. I think its the bomb. Very tart and chewy, not like the delicious sugary ones though... :lol: I've been eating some dried cranberries (VERY few because of sugar) but those are delicious with some raw cashews...

You're bulking though dude... I say throw it down, just in moderation.

Turkey > Peanut Butter.... Simple...

Some dried fruit have the natural sugar listed; looks jacked but it isn't bad at all.

Yep, don't pay too much attention to the Nuritional Information sugars (they dont separate fructose from added sugars... but if the first ingredient in the list is sugar (like even before the fruit) probably could find better things to eat.

Got Blood Work Done As Well....... Everything looked great and is looking better then ever dr said! Sooo all is well and said hes glad im gaining weight and keep doing what im doing!


Notes-
I have noticed that muscles are bigger, veins are poppin, im MUCH more dense, still leaning out, and lethargy wasnt to bad today at all!
 
I'm really happy that this is working for you Teg. Let's keep up the hard work and a good diet and see how far you can take it! 170 lbs is around the corner!

-Week 2 Review-​

2weeks in and Halfway through! Things have been great this week! Gained another 3pds so thats a total of +6 since starting day! Im doing well and things seem to look even better! Im sittin at 163 as of yesterday, strength has jumped and hittin PRs all over the place! Im happy to say that i am not tired of taking nor tasting these 2 supplements! Look forward to every dose! Muscle Density is way up now, vascularity is great, and my apatite has went through the roof this week, which for me is a HUGE bonus and am glad it went up! I have noticed aggression a couple times outside the gym with ppl and there driving as well as dumb ppl are getting really irritating :lol: But it has not went outta control and i spat off with my mouth, which i felt like doing :rofl: Also a quick note is my focus has been ADDish these last couple 3days or so. Never heard of that on cycle? All in all, very happy so far :)
 
very nice. a prohormone that agrees with you is easy to tell - you look forward to your next workout, and almost methodically plan on how its going to go down.

Well i felt good today, got some good sleep in finally, and woke up feeling good! Weight dropped half a pound but eh nothing to cry over. Im still feeling well over all, and today i just felt flat strong but no real aggression today tho? Either way my chest felt very strong and was pumped by the end! Kinda woulda like to seen weight jump, but maybe itll be like last week were by end of the week it starts to go up??? Either way im feeling strong, dense, big and happy! :)

So im STOKED with the lifts today! Strength was great and everything went up in reps! Needless to say, i think i can do a 215x1 on squats now (according to the calculators) which was my old max at 175pds soooo im stronger now at a lower body weight! But speaking of weight, it still hasnt gone up! Im hoping i didnt stall out again! :dunno:

Like i said yesterday, im HOPING ill gain at the end of the week like the last 2 weeks!
 
Defin make sure your are eating Teg.... i know you know your **** and what your doing.. but dont be afraid of that second and 3rd serving of chicken...steak..pork.. or fish.. :)

Yes! They have always been one of my favorites for chest! I can do a soild amount of weight and i FEEEEEL them so much more then most other chest exersizes, ESPECIALLY when you get to the top and SQUEEZE and crap outta them!

Yes, i do, i thrive off you guys! Its not easy by any means to deal with our "other" things in life but thats why we are all here tho! So thanks bro! Im glad you are here pushing and encouraging! Well yes, i had thought about it. But im not sure. I usually stall out around 6-8weeks. My strength is going up as you see, but the mass is not. Then again, strength comes with mass, so im just hoping ill gain by the end of the week!

LMAO at the skinny kid doing overhead squats with just a 45lbs bar behind her. If that chick did squats at my gym I would put my Leg day SO FAR from hers, but I would make sure I caught every one of her leg workouts for the motivation of a girl whooping my ass.

Teg. Just keep eating. That is your new mantra. Eat till you are on the brink of vomiting. Then smoke a bowl and eat some more! hahahahaha! Well, that is my tactic at least.

I am dreading how many calories I am gonna need to consume come 6 months from now when I am bulking. I am quite a bit heavier this time around, and I am only gonna have to eat MORE to keep growing. Remember, if you want to be 170lbs, you have to eat enough at 160lbs to feed a 170lbs person. When you want to grow, always eat past the point of satisfaction. Food coma all the way. Pay the cost to be the boss teg!

My NEW mantra? Try more like its been! My mom asked me the other day "what happend to the 10pds of chicken you got 2weeks ago"? I was like Uhhh its well it was eattin. She goes, "well what about the 2 big jars of PB and Steak"? I said, would it be a sin if i told you the cookie monster ate it? She chuckled as she walked away shaking her head :rofl: So i went down and bought some more for them!

Imma try and change up some things food wise and see what happens..... Maybe wake up in the middle of the nite and get some cals that way????? Eh no cost to pay, just glory my friend!
 
No waking up at night Teg...you need the sleep to recover. Just work on full meals at each meal time: protein,carbs,fats. No snacks...meals!
