Okay, So a lil about me...
Looking to take a prohormone of some sort. I am 19 years old but I talked to my doctor about it and he said that it should be fine so long as I dont become addicted to the feeling and appearance of being on...This is my first cycle, I am looking to gain about 10 lbs of lean muscle and get in shape for Greek God (body building competition at college)

Years experience 3
Diet can use some work, I eat like a pig, everything and anything( good for bulking which I just finished)
I took 9 weeks off due to flu and finals and laziness, I got back into it mid May and in 3 weeks put on about 13 lbs, so Im finally plateauing. I weighed 168 prior to taking a break and now weigh about 165 so I gained back almost everything minus a Lb or 2.

Cycles recommended?
I understand some may believe I am too young, but understand the circumstance. Please advise me what to take considering my criteria, not about how I shouldn't do it, so I dont end up ****ing my self up :)

Harcore: Tho you mite take offense to what TL and AZ say above, you really should listen to them. Whey, Creatine and Food are going to be your soild base to start with @ 19.... Just cause you eat everything, doesnt mean you eat the RIGHT things ;)

Hardcore- Right quick here, no disrespect bro, but i think TL has you beat by Tipping the scales at 200 and at 6'1. You have some good size to ya for sure tho! Just keep at it! Theres a reason why ppl do not suggest PHs/DSs to anyone under a certain age. Like i said before, do some reading and serching around. You may be able to jump over your wall by changes up routines, or eatting alot better but im sure you already know that. As for the PHs/DSs, throw up a post in Cycle Info like AZ said......

1. If you really want to run a cycle, I suggest doing the research yourself.
2. You're too young for hormones, don't get greedy you are only going to hurt yourself. There is NO circumstance. You don't need them, this is not your livelyhood, you don't make your rent by winning a college bodybuilding contest. No reason to f*ck yourself up.
3. Talking sh*t to Timber is not good for one's AM reputation.
4. Start your own thread.

Oh god... here we go... Make your own thread, and show me how awesome you look - and I'll help you build your cycle. I'm beyond trying to argue with a 19 year old.

9 months off because of finals and being sick?!?! Unless you had cancer, that is just straight Vagina. Teg's has Crohns, and murders it on the daily.

Mr. Hardcore: You have a good frame, and it seems like you're doing well. My bad for blowing up your spot - I may have been a bit abrasive. Regardless, you can't come to a log asking about hormones or designers as a 19 year old and just expect us to give advice just because you think you understand the risks and consequences... That's not how life works. There are liability issues as well. None of us wants to be responsible for you completely screwing yourself up for some college bodybuilding contest...

That being said, good luck with whatever you choose. You have a low BF% already, I truly think you'd be set just running creatine with an improved diet (you said yours is crap apparently - that works when you're 19) and you'd be good to go.

Further - I see you're in NY. You're welcome to come work out with me... You'll probably learn something. Then feel free to call me frail.

Additionally, I understand winning a college bodybuilding comp will not make or break me, just something I wanted to get big for. I dk how much bigger i can get naturally b4 then as its only a few months away, so that is the only reason I am willing to resort to PH. Ik i am young, Im just looking to look the way I would at 25 yo (assuming I continue to work out) in a few months and PH/AAS are the only things that can provide that effect.
And as for my 9 weeks off, I got the flu 2x, strep, ear infection, had seemingly endless finals studying and many other responsibilities. No excuse still but I was busy to say the least.

You just can't make 6 years of progress in a couple months... It doesn't work that way.

My bad for the vagina. It was supposed to be a joke. I actually read it as 9 months for some reason - as you can see in my response.

Again, I'd really advise against, but if you do decide to go and take something - there are plenty of logs and things at AM to get you started.

You can gain roughly 10lbs a year natty. 25 years old is 6 years away for you. That being said, you are expecting a 30-40lbs gain from designer?

If you aren't already there, you aren't going to be because of a designer. You haven't hit your natural limit at 19, trust me.

BTW, most competitions aren't about being big, it is about definition, symmetry and shape.

Honestly tho brotha. TL could help you mang! PHs or not, you have a soild build just like TL said! If you dont have a lifting partner get one, or take TL up on his offer! Im willing to be at your age, with the way you look now, the effort you already put in, im SURE TL and You could do something about getting over your wall without PHs mang!!!! I think its important for lifting partners to be similar in size / strength... My current lifting partner is a beast. I'm very fortunate.

Ya i agree. Tho sometimes its nice to have someone who is bigger and strong who can throw down and you just get pushed by that alone... All my lifting partners have been bigger and stronger then me. One of em would always say how much he looked forward to going to the gym and lifting with me tho cause of my attitude. And i know thats half of it when your there! Its either your in it to win it, or your not!

I may take you up on that! I have a uhh friend who ive been talking to the last yr and she wants me to come out to FL and visit her, sooo i may kill a couple birds with one stone and may make a stop in NY since ive never been! Always wanted to tho!

Agreed. Which is why Timber and I barely walked out of training together alive. When you are nearly at the same level... the competition gets fierce. We'd probably give ourselves a hernia if TL and I got in a RDL competition again.

Sooo wow, what i day.... I was a bit tired this morn, didnt wanna get outta bed but i did and once i was up and eattin i was ready to go. Got a lil tired befor gym, but started to perk up right before and nailed out some niiice numbers! Today was PR killin day! Im happy to say the least about that.

But on the other hand on the way home just now, i was behind this guy and he pulled over to the side of the road, so as im coming up to him(hes already stopped now) and leans out the window and waves at me, so i stop thinking he has car probs since his car was REALLY rough looking and he couldnt keep a strait line around corners or let alone in a straight line, but instead yells at me for "following to close" and said he was goin to beat my @$% and i was not in the mood to argue coming of my high in the gym. So i just said hey man im sorry, my bad, i thought i was 3 or 4 car lengths behind you(speed limit is25 and i was in 2nd lol), ill just go under the speed limit now. He goes, ya, well just go ahead of me. I said ok well, thank you i appreciate it, now you have a good day sir(with a big ol smile on my face)! It was some punk kid all tatted up just thinking he was bad in front of his girl is the best i could come up with or he was drunk???? Either Way my Gym High kinda dropped but eh WHATEVA!!! :lol:

BWHAHAHAHA Yaaaaaa, NO! She was ummm, Nasty to say it nicely! I couldnt believe he thought i was riding his butt. When was like 3+ car lengths away IN freaking 25mph zone! O and when i made the turn and seen him a football field away he just about stopped in the corner he was turning at. Im like WTH, then thought eh whatever and seen his car act all funny and him slowing down which is why i thought his beat up car was having issues and i slowed down just cause of that! ARG.... I hate stoopid ppl and they shouldnt breed!

Yuppers everything is up today! I was freaking STOKED! A couple of the guys and a girl at the gym(regs) made a comment to me about looking bigger to! Sooo i was happy :)

Food is insane bro! My craving for food has JUMPED this week! Im putting away soooo much food right now! My friends birthday was last nite and she invited me over and i cooked up some steaks for us with some of my red taters on the grill and shes like wow, you are eating a ton, did you not eat today? I chuckled and said ya, something like that. GI tract is good to! No probs there and i feel really good health wise! If you wanna see the daily food layout ill post it up. Sunny seen it and approved! :lol: Thanks Again SC!!
 
Dude, this is your log. Post up the diet. For one, I'd be interested to see... and two, you can always use some ideas. I've been posting mine up for that exact reason.
 
PRs are showing up and the scale is heading in the right direction Teg. Looks like you have this sh*t figured out. 170 is in the picture now champ!

Heres the run down everyday is just about the same.
Whey, 3Eggs, 1cup Oats, (Bacon Sometimes)
Oatbar, String Cheese
Trail Mix, Yogert
Chicken or Steak with Red Taters or Brown Rice
Pre- Whey Shake or Super Shake
Post- Whey Shake or Super Shake
Oatbar/Trail Mix or Granola with String cheese
PB Sandwhich or 4tbls
Chicken or Steak with Red Taters or Brown Rice
Casein right before i crashout.


I TRY to fit in PB in the morn sometimes with the trailmix and yogurt. And thinking ill try to throw down a chicken breast with the Casein.... Im goin to the store and thought about picking up some dryed fruit and see what happens?
 
Diet looks good so far man. Lets keep an eye on the scale, and can always adjust upward as needed. Dried fruit is the bomb, but nutritionally its pretty much the same as candy - unless you get like - organic no sugar added... Still though - pretty much all simple sugar. Not a bad option PostWO.

I had wondered about that. Stoopid Simple Sugars! Ive been tryin to find fruits that wont bother me! Ive got the Protein down tho LOL Arg..... Atleast ive leaned out while gaining! Im happy about that for sure, then the strength gains have been quite awesome for sure!
