I really dont eat veggies, have to take green supps for that... The constipation is what what we(ones who have crohns) call having a blockage due to the walls of the intestine narrowing due to scar tissue. Some have it worse then others. Kinda have to be careful with it tho cause if it gets to bad, ya have to have surgery....

Im on it ;)

Thank Bro! Yuppers... Just had to mess with the timing a lil bit.... The GI is good cept for that lil blockage i had yesterday... But it passed... So all is still well there to! Like i said above, the Crohns actually feels better then right befor cycle? Sunny has experience increased GI wellness on Anabolics as well!

-Week 1 Review-​

Well today means 1 week has went by! It has been really good overall and im feeling great and looking better! Only bad side has been the lethargy. But eh take the good with the bad and got that figured out now. I am Leaner! Gained 3.5pds, Mood is Very Good, Vascularity is way up as well! I have GREAT aggression/focus in the Gym, but the gym only. The taste of 1andro and 4-ad are very good and something one can really look forward to and not dread!
 
1 thing to note which i did not notice before until a couple days ago that i must shake up the 1andro VERY well as it "settles" to the bottom and it "sticks" there until shaken/hit hard.... Not sure if thats suppose to be like that or not, but just something that i did notice....

Ya thats what i was thinking, but didnt notice it when i got them. Ya it settles to the bottom and "sticks" there... But i just hit the bottle to get it unstuck<--Is that a word? :lol: The 4-ad does NOT settle or stick to the bottom tho. I have them next to my bed and always put them back in the boxes and no sunlight hits them.

Yes, Yes and Yes! Muscle bellies do look bigger and im leaner which my mom mentioned the other day. Scale says since day ive started ive gained 3.5pds! So leaner and added weight is impressive and in only 1 week. Yes, i do feel my muscles are quite a bit more dense.

so it would be nice to hear about a bad swing? what a jerk! lol JK :wave2:
:lol: Well thank goodness ive not had any other those! Its been quite a very uneventful week and i like that! Everything is improving and the only aggression seems to happen in the gym. Its hard to explain but its like a switch. Once im in lifting and i KNOW i have to get up the weight, everything changes and its on!

A quick note- Libido is great! No probs there either!!

Soooo today just flat sucked. Felt good, just couldnt get with it in anything it seemed? On the 225 i asked one of the regular guys there to check my form since it felt off. He said i was good up till 6th rep, then shoulders pulled forward and i just couldnt keep them back. He suggested on next set to bend knees a bit more and push chest up and out more so i could keep my shoulders back more. So i did that and felt very awkward but seemed to work a bit better. So even tho i got the weight up, i lost form ARG! So that means my upper back needs more work and another reason why i cant do pullups well.

But regardless of all that, im in a good mood for the most part, just frustrated is all, ya know. Really wanted PRs today on RDLs!!

O BTW, I FELT the Rack Chins sqeeze, but had shooting pain in my right shoulder go down to my elbow when i went all the way down. So i didnt go ALL the way down.
 
With your RDL, just make sure you push off your heels not your toes. Pull your shoulderblades in with your chest out, grab the bar and LOOK UP. Then press through your heels, but that "look up" part is the key, it will keep your back straight and your shoulders back. It should make it so it is more on your legs than on your back.

Got a weight belt yet Teg?
 
sounds like you may have a pinched nerve around your shoulder blades.

with regards to the workout, i actually warm up for my deads by doing them, and poking my back/traps/delts to figure out what still needs to be warmed up before i go heavier. maybe by rearranging the order of exercises, you just didn't quite have that "go time" feeling. just a thought man.

The day started out like crap with some pain, but got better in the afternoon. Felt good during lifts as well... Yes, im Satisfied with it. But Maybe going that heavy at those higher reps just felt like form was off a bit.

Yup thats how i do it, and i actually go over in my head right befor the lift that exact thing. But i guess what ever felt off, maybe was or wasnt.... When i thought about it, i may have left my hips a lil high coming down which mite have made my shoulders roundout??????

That was my first thought as well!

Soooo woke up this morn, it felt ok, just suuuuper tired sooo i laid there and sipped on some whey while tossing and turning, buuut i had to get up and was in pain again! Arg!! Owell, Decided F this, im eatting! Made 1cup oats, 3eggs/with cheese and downed them.... Drank a bunch of water and felt mmuch better!!! Dosed both 1andro and 4-ad 30min pre wo! And then headed to the gym and had tons of energy and was ready to tear it down!! So over all the lifts went very well! Felt strong through and came up a couple reps on somethings!!!! Wooot!!!

Had some good compliments from ppl. My best friend i look bigger and leaner and one of the guys i lift with said i look like ive gained some mass for sure! Soo thats a huge ego boost lol :wave2:

Hardcore- First Off how old are you? TL is right FOOOOOOD is the main stay ALWAYS! MUST have your diet down FIRST and foremost! Without food, PHs, DSs, ASS are not effective. I have Pics in the first post from the FIRST DAY(some in my other log in my sig). I MITE get pics this Sat or Sun for Halfway pics, if not, i will have afters for sure.... Started this log at 157. Im 160.5 as of today AND im leaning out! I picked this these due to suggestions/reasoning from Timberlakers, GMG, Suncloud, and BigPR due to my piticular circumstances for a first time PH run.................. Do some searching, and you should find everyting youll need to know for sure! If not, throw up and thread giving as much info as you can. Age, Yrs Experiance, Diet, ETC...... HTHs Sir!

Thanks Jay!!! Nah its still there. Just using a stim to get by at the moment on gym days. Tho i will say, on the 2off days, it dont seem to be as bad as week before? Im happy with the strength thats been increasing and I can deff. start to feel the weight become easier to lift this week haha Im just hoping ill add some more weight in these next 2weeks.... Still sittin at 160 which has ALWAYS been my hump to get over!!!! :dunno:

And yes for all of you wondering if im eating or not, trust me, i am! Im eatting more this week then last week or any of the weeks befor! Seems like i dont stop eating! I have to stock up on more food Fri cause im almost out in less then 2weeks!!! :lol:

Ya I dont know WHY he chose to walk by me while working out? There was PLENTY of room around me. He just wasnt paying attn and i couldnt see him so no way i woulda known he was there! I told him he needs to be careful and pay attn around him when ppl are lifting or just wait till there done. Ayyyye..... Owell nothing i coulda done anyways.......
 
Okay, So a lil about me...
Looking to take a prohormone of some sort. I am 19 years old but I talked to my doctor about it and he said that it should be fine so long as I dont become addicted to the feeling and appearance of being on...This is my first cycle, I am looking to gain about 10 lbs of lean muscle and get in shape for Greek God (body building competition at college)

Diet can use some work, I eat like a pig, everything and anything( good for bulking which I just finished)
I took 9 weeks off due to flu and finals and laziness, I got back into it mid May and in 3 weeks put on about 13 lbs, so Im finally plateauing. I weighed 168 prior to taking a break and now weigh about 165 so I gained back almost everything minus a Lb or 2.

Cycles recommended?
I understand some may believe I am too young, but understand the circumstance. Please advise me what to take considering my criteria, not about how I shouldn't do it, so I dont end up ****ing my self up :)
 
Fairly obvious, but thought I should mention I am looking for minimal sides( especially acne) and some pretty hardcore gains. would love to b 175+ and then cut down and look huge and shredded.
