Hehe, not too far from the truth there. My buddy's club is a "Gentlemen's" club. Funny thing is, it's got a heck of a weight room there. Figured I was in the area and would stop by. Kinda wondered what a limo was doing outside, and it was the only car. Got my answer when the driver said he needed to clear me to enter. I was like, "uhh, I'm friends with the owner there chief, I can have him come to the front door and let me in if ya want." Dude got outta the limo and that's when I realized just how ginormous this guy was, I honestly don't know how the heck he crammed himself behind the driver's wheel. He was on his phone as he got out, and my buddy met me at the door. Needless to say, I found out what all the fuss was about. He had paid the club to be the only person there that night. i was like, "Damn." Guy in the limo actually apologized for if he was rude, I talked to my bud outside, and left.
 
I'll have to post a pic up here, but, no joke, just got a check form the movie company for 150 bucks, since we were possibly "Inconvienced" by them!! You just can't make this kinda stuff up!!

I'm on so much stuff right now I can barely keep it straight. I accidentally skipped a dose of T911 today, and took my I3C a little later than normal. Oi! It's hard to keep up. I need to start using all the extra protein scoopers I have as daily pill holders for each meal and between meals. It makes it difficult when you have to dose supps 5+ times/day. Some stuff has to be with meals, some stuff without, and that always makes it much more difficult to keep up. This is definitely the largest stack I've ever run.

Okay, got in a sweet arm workout today. Finally, I now know what those damn "Pinwheel Curls" are you guys are talking about all the time. I've always called them Hammer Curls to the Front, but pinwheel sounds way cooler. Shouldn't have done them just yet, and given my forearm flexors more time to heal up, but wanted to see what I could do. I didn't hit them first, as my forearms are pretty big to begin with. I'll post some pics and my workout later tonight. I will say though, that I have found another workout staple to cycle in from time to time, this stuff kicks!! On a higher rep workout, I can't begin to imagine it!! I'll get that chance tomorrow though, just gonna do isolations for upper body, since I hit arms real heavy today. Hope everyone is having a super weekend!!!
 
Awesome stuff Weevil! Be careful with those flexors Bro, it does not take much to re-inflame them once the pain goes they still need another month of easy time before you can start hitting them too much without worrying about starting back over with pain.
 
Thanks Kleen for the kind words and advice!! yeah, my right forearm is lighting me up pretty bad right now. stupid me. Took like 6 months for ti to even get better, then what did I do, but go and kill it today,lol. Anyways, some quick arm pics. Wish they did justice, not like I'm huge or anything. As a reference, my right forearm in the pic is 15" around, but I couldn't really get it in the pic. Makes my upper arm look small, even though it's about 17 inches. On second thought, yeah it is small,lol.

Sad but true, my forearms used to be bigger than my upper arms, just call me popeye. Haha, you guys crack me up!!

Today's workout:

Barbell Curls: 135x5x2x2x1, 95x6x3x3x1, 55x10. Wasn't as strong as I thought, had to english up the last couple of the first set.

Lying Cable Triceps Extension: 95x6x2x2x2, 75x5x3x3, 50x10. These went off quite well, really happy here. Thought with having done shoulders the other day it would be worse.

Had a great pump in my arms by this point.

Pinwheel Curls: 65x7x4x2, 50x6x3x3x1, 40x10. Should not have done these, REALLY paying the price now. Stupid me, thought my forearms where all healed up, DOH!!

Triceps Pressdown: 110x6x3x3, 80x6x2x2x2, 60x9x1. Had to work to get the last one, arms are seriously pumped!!

Seated Incline Curls: 45x6x3x3, 30x6x3x3, 20x9. Bi's are crazy pumped by this point, no need to even squeeze at the top of the rep, so pumped it does it all by itself!!

Reverse Grip Pressdowns: 70x6x3x3, 50x6x3x2, 30x8. Fell short on these, sorry, I'll do better next time!! Tri's are all blown up!!

Preacher Curl Machine: Whole eff'n stack!! (220) x4x2x1, 170x5x2x2x1, 120x10. It looks like a lot, but it's a double pulley set-up. Still, looked and felt great to do the whole stack. It's been a bit since I could do that.

Triceps Kickback: 35x10, 25x8, 15x10, 10x10. Just to finish off my tri's.

Dumbbell Alternating curls: 50x10, 40x6, 30x7, 20x8. just to finish off my bi's.

The pics I took are actually mid-way through this workout, that's how pumped my arms where!! The pump was crazy, and kept getting better!! You know it's gonna be crazy when your getting pumped just on warm-ups!! Can't be 100% positive, but seemed like recovery between sets was up. I'll know for sure next week when I repeat this workout, and will felt everyone know. Pump lasted for about 2 hours after I left the gym. Forearms are KILLING me now, gonna go ice them bad boys up again.

Hit all upper body with 1 straight set and 1 drop set of isolations for every muscle group, except arms obviously, aiming for 12 reps on first set, using the same weight after about a minute break and shooting for 12 reps, then 6-8 at each drop. Incline, flat and decline cable flyes. Front, side and rear delt cable raises. Decline cable pullovers. Close and wide grip upright cable rows. Whole upper body felt swole, and looked it as well. I was going to do some cardio, but a buddy of mine showed up. We got to talking about who could whup who's @$$ and one thing led to another, so we wound up agreeing to roll for a bit, since we both weren't in the mood to stand and bang, we're too similar. Had a blast, lasted for about an hour, taking some breaks in here and there to shoot the breeze. He said my grip wasn't as strong as it used to be, must be because now I have a woman. I laughed, and told him it was the new supp I was on. He looked at my forearms and was like "DAMN!!" My forearms were so pumped it was hard to hold onto anything after the first few minutes. This supp definitely does waht it's supposed to do. Had a bit of tingle today, might be the BA in it, since I've been off everything now for a bit.

Man, it was awesome Friday daughter had a 2 hour belt test for her yellow belt at school and they got to rolling and she made me so proud! Daddy's little WARRIOR! She man-handled this boy who was a year older then her, even got him to tap in a rear naked choke. THey encouraged us to cheer them on and I was going crazy. Take his back, hook your legs Momma! ARCH YOUR BACK TRINITY, PULL!!!!!

Nothing sucks more for me than when a jitz guy gets his hooks in, sucks!! More of a stand up/ ground -n- pound kinda guy, I'm happy to stay in half guard/full guard and bang away, but that's not to say I'm gonna get subbed, it happens. Again man, happy for ya!!

Yeah, saw the fight, wasn't a bad card. It just goes to prove that being heavy is a great advantage.

Today's update:

No gym today, gonna get some cardio at home. Popping some Hemo, will let ya know what the results where like. I really can't emphasize how crazy and intense these pumps are. When I use it again, after this log, I'll lower the dose a bit. Call me a wuss, but his stuff is strong!! With it being such a powerful vasodialator, it would really complement other supps.
 
Ugh!! Got called back into work just as I was getting ready for the gym. Obviously, no gym tonight, was more cardio and abs, so that's okay,lol. Will update tomorrow in the morning when I get done at the gym.

Well Christmas comes early this year. My comp's mobo had the bios chip get hosed, so it's Christmas in November!!

Hit the gym all pissed off at the world, usually not a good combo for a safe workout.

Incline Barbell Press: 225x13x6x3x1. If I repeat this next week, gonna add a couple pounds.

Incline Dumbbell Press: 70x8x4x1. Trying something new here, normally, I do drop sets, just trying to move max weight.

Seated Barbell Shoulder Press: 235x11x4x2. Bumped up from about a week ago. Still have some work to do here, wanna get up to 12 first reps consistently.

Seated Dumbbell press: 60x10x5x2. Went with my gut and went a bit lighter here, and it was smart. Can't wait til' I can get 12 first reps here either, normally do 65's.

Flat Bench barbell Press: 225x12x6x3x1. Played it safe here, went down a few pounds. Just trying to save myself a bit for more shoulders, plus, I really took my time on the other chest workout.

Flat bench Dumbbell Press: 70x12x6x3x1. Powered through these, felt it a bit in my legs I was pushing so hard on the last 2 sets. Guess that's good, means I've been pushing myself hard up to this point.

Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: Unilateral: 100x10x5x2x1. Was really starting to get spent here. Pump by mow was nuts. A buddy who moved away and hadn't seen me or a bit commented about what I was on,lol. Made some small talk and moved on.

Pec Dec Flyes: 160x12x6x3, 100x10. Pump was great!!

Side Laterals: 25x12x6x3, 12.5x10. Side delts were totally pumped!!

DC chest stretch.
DC shoulder stretch.

Kept the weight low on some moves, given my foul mood, felt it was better to err on the safe side instead of being dumb and really trying kill it. I can't workout if I'm injured.
Pumps today were off the hook!! I can say I am feeling a slight BA tingle now. I'm so pleased, I bought a bottle of Hemo to use come December/January.

Lunch today was Butternut squash pasta bake, made with Barilla Plus Gold, a very healthy pasta. Meat was bbq crock pot pork, mmmm, mmmmm!! Thinking I might hit the gym up for back later tonight, if I can get my buddy to go along. I'm really glad I got shined onto this supp!!
 
You're a strong boy, George. That Incline BB Press is looking great. Nice work.

I have a feeling you can do more on those Side Laterals. Are you bent at the elbows or straight-arm?
 
Depends. I try and go with what gives me less pain now with my forearm flexors. used to go straight ( setting myself up there) but now I go slightly bent. I was so spent from the workout, I had a hard time getting those up, guess that is good. I'm also a big fan of leaning ones, and cable laterals. If I do cables, I only go down til' I feel a little tension leaving my delt, then muscle it back up until I feel the same at the top. I'm open for any advice man, I appreciate it!! On a side note, should not have had some coffee once I got home, Hemo really intensified it, went straight to my head. That stuff really opens up the pipelines!!

Sick numbers man! On cable laterals try dragging an adjustable bench over there and put it at 30-45 degrees and sit sideways on it so you are lean away from the cable handle at a 45 degree, the range of motion is almost doubled as far as where the tension hits and stops. Good for dumbells to but great for cables. Your bb shoulder press is ridiculous man!
