Workout today:
Hit all upper body with 1 straight set and 1 drop set of isolations for every muscle group, except arms obviously, aiming for 12 reps on first set, using the same weight after about a minute break and shooting for 12 reps, then 6-8 at each drop. Incline, flat and decline cable flyes. Front, side and rear delt cable raises. Decline cable pullovers. Close and wide grip upright cable rows. Whole upper body felt swole, and looked it as well. I was going to do some cardio, but a buddy of mine showed up. We got to talking about who could whup who's @$$ and one thing led to another, so we wound up agreeing to roll for a bit, since we both weren't in the mood to stand and bang, we're too similar. Had a blast, lasted for about an hour, taking some breaks in here and there to shoot the breeze. He said my grip wasn't as strong as it used to be, must be because now I have a woman. I laughed, and told him it was the new supp I was on. He looked at my forearms and was like "DAMN!!" My forearms were so pumped it was hard to hold onto anything after the first few minutes. This supp definitely does waht it's supposed to do. Had a bit of tingle today, might be the BA in it, since I've been off everything now for a bit.

Ugh!! Got called back into work just as I was getting ready for the gym. Obviously, no gym tonight, was more cardio and abs, so that's okay,lol. Will update tomorrow in the morning when I get done at the gym.
Depends. I try and go with what gives me less pain now with my forearm flexors. used to go straight ( setting myself up there) but now I go slightly bent. I was so spent from the workout, I had a hard time getting those up, guess that is good. I'm also a big fan of leaning ones, and cable laterals. If I do cables, I only go down til' I feel a little tension leaving my delt, then muscle it back up until I feel the same at the top. I'm open for any advice man, I appreciate it!! On a side note, should not have had some coffee once I got home, Hemo really intensified it, went straight to my head. That stuff really opens up the pipelines!!
Thanks for all the great advice and words of encouragement guys!! These last few months have really served to kick me in the motivation. Gonna hit up back and traps tomorrow. I really like cables for the constant tension, great way to end a workout or pre-exhaust.
