So far so good. I started Monday so this is my 6th day on Hard and Mass. It probably takes a couple weeks to kick in I would think. I feel like my muscles are really dense and hard most of the day, like I carry a pump a long time. I feel like my strength is increasing slightly, I can't wait for it to be in full effect. I'm glad I got 2 bottles of each so I can really gage the products and run them together for 8 weeks. I think within the next week I should be feeling more.

5 muscle ups.

Completed 5 rounds and 20 reps (almost 6 full rounds)

was pretty smashed. Try and do a muscle up. very taxing.

legs and ass is pretty sore and fatigued and I'm sure I will be feeling it tomorrow.

Supps:
1 whey shake (4pm - muscle pharm Combat)
8g fish oil
4 MASS 550 (4 is the optimal dosing I have found) appetite is controlled but still there. Leaning effects are there and the strength and aggression has been great. so far another winner.

Only caveat is the price and to dose optimally, you would need 3 bottles as I think that the best effects would occur just after a 4 week period with continued use so 6 weeks would be pretty freakin' sweat to run this at with 4 caps per day.

1 scoop condense
1 scoop hemavol
4 caps creatona.


BTW... I can't find Max Pump anywhere. Please don't tell me its been discontinued.

Fawk yes it is chris!! We did suicide lunges on the bball court In college but not that heavy.

Sounds like 4 caps a day is your sweet spot. Versatile product as 2 seems to suit many as well.

i could get away with 2 but the effects at 4 are just too good to go back to 2.

Sounds tempting to make the switch. I'm still seeing noticeable differences at 2 though. However I def see increasing the intake in the future

If you increase to four, you might want to invest in a bail bondsman.

While your seeing changes and noticing results, I'd keep your dosing as is. That said, it is always fun to play with a higher dosing just to see the extra benefits.

I would absolutely keep the dose at two a day.

IMO the entire month at two caps will probably produce more noticeable body composition changes then a higher dose for a shorter time.

Body comp takes time

And I agree 100%. If I do make the jump it will only be weeks 5-6 when I run the second bottle. I'm seeing results at 2. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

whilst I do agree I like the 4 caps a day. 2 caps per day does work BUT 4 caps is just too good to go back down!

I will most likely run this again in about 3 months just before spring along with some recompadrol.

I understand body comp is a slow process but why not use something to "speed" it up? Just sayin
