legs and ass is pretty sore and fatigued and I'm sure I will be feeling it tomorrow.
Supps:
1 whey shake (4pm - muscle pharm Combat)
8g fish oil
4 MASS 550 (4 is the optimal dosing I have found) appetite is controlled but still there. Leaning effects are there and the strength and aggression has been great. so far another winner.
Only caveat is the price and to dose optimally, you would need 3 bottles as I think that the best effects would occur just after a 4 week period with continued use so 6 weeks would be pretty freakin' sweat to run this at with 4 caps per day.
