Staple supps of 2015

Multi/joint support - Orange Triad; if going with just a straight multi - Sportpharma Multi-V or Universal Univite for value
Whey - Allmax AllWhey or Cellucor Cor-Whey, both for taste and value
Creatine - Vital1ty (offers creapure creatine mono and betaine, PS is an extra benefit)
BCAA/EAA - Cellucor Alpha Amino (includes leucine nitrate, really like this for fasted cardio), Allmax if going straight BCAA unflavored powder

Yes, it is an awesome product, however to be the "only staple you ever need for athletic performance", I think it should have beta alanine, no?
 
Current Staples:

OL Vitality - creatine, betaine, phosphatidylserine
Protein - PES Select is what im using now
Beta-alanine - SNS
Conqu3r - preworkout
Lots of caffeine/stims - for studying

Cycled staples(these vary depending on finances): OL Ep1c, testboosters, ArA, nootropics

You could say that for any supplement then really, E9 hits the major staples and is formulated to optimize them,

BA is nice for some, others see little benefit and dislike the tingles, others still prefer alternatives like COP

We aimed to hit the staples most users would want and not include something to deter part of the market.
You can absolutely stack beta alanine though if you wish

Exactly. Also, to make it a 1 scoop staple, you'd need 3.2g of BA, which wouldn't bode well.

Excluded for obvious reasons: BA needs to be dosed split up 3-4 times throughout the day. Ergonine is designed for convenience. No one would want to take 4 1/4 scoops daily.

Honestly, I don't have a lot of 'staples'. Well, I used to. But ergonine literally took care of that. Amazing supplement. So....

Multi
Fish Oil
Protein powder
Forskolin-95
Ergonine
Coffee


simple and effective. I have PA too but never take it really. Cutting but I think it will turn into a staple on a bulk, that with ArA obviously.

I think the only two products you'd need outside of multi/fish oil, protein powder if you need it (if you only had to choose two):

PES High Volume (nitrates, l citrulline, agmatine, amentoflavone)
Athletix Ergonine (lol 9 ingredients you know work)

in my opinion that is the perfect stack and doesn't leave anything out (minus caffeine)

E9 is definitely one supp I'll recommend anyone.

Glad to hear man. BA is relatively cheap as well, so if that's something you want to dose daily, just buy in bulk. SNS has caps that are convenient.

Just waiting on my ergonine now! 3 weeks into pct and also 3 weeks into ARA! Should be synergistic as mentioned before!

Absolutely should be, adding ARA onto an already myogenic powerhouse will be good times!
And of course getting your LCLT and glycerol with ARA conveniently

Probably one of my top options to give when asked for natural anabolic stacks now

1- ABE is already synergistic with ARA (lodhra bark)

2- E9 is synergistic with ARA (Glycerin and LCLT)

3- ABE and Ergonine are a perfect mesh. Anabeta Elite adds my favourite ingredient for improving body composition, forskolin, and Anacyclus Pyrethrum is a tried and tested great natural anabolic. I would love this stack recomping or bulking, and Ergonine fits in any scenario or dietary phase.

I've said this but I am glad E9 didn't contain Forskolin because i would be more concerned to cycle it, where as it is I plan to use it year-round

While bulking I will add ABE/ARA
While cutting I will run Alphamine and maybe some ECA

But always my E9 ;)

I don't think its current value will be beat, especially if you take advantage of the tiered pricing and coupon

With a BOGO Athletix would shrivel up and die lol we are offering the very best we can, as was said before even getting bulk powders cant match this. Plus the flavouring and convenience

Everything mentioned so far rocks. I probably run Forskolin 95 for 12 week cycles a ton. Komodo has the current best F-95 deal on the web.

Definitely looking forward to having E-9 replace a lot of my daily supps.

just got my ergonine on yesterday. You'll love the addition. So easy to take!
 
I only use Just Be Natural's supplements because I know where everything is sourced from that they use.
Everything is FDA tested and compliant too and all are at clinically effective doses.

On top of my E9, what else can a guy ask for? Maybe I'll add some forskolin and maca from time to time in bulk. But other than that E9 has it all for me.

I don't use a multi bc I rely in my diet but I guess it wouldn't hurt!

Orange Triad is my multi. If you have a proper diet already you can just take half the daily amount which is still a lot from a multi, and it lasts 90 days that way

<3 Forskolin, I run it 12 weeks at a time

My every-day staples are:

Synthroid (scrip)
Agmatine
Multi w/ EPA/DHA


Workout days:

Post-workout -- Whey isolate (Syntrax Nectar as of late)
Pre-workout (PJE -- beta alanine, betaine, creatine, agmatine, caffeine, beet root, nitrates)
Intra-workout (Compete + Taurine)


As needed with meals:

Metformin (scrip)
Na-R-ALA
Slintensity
Defuse






I think that's it as far as the ones I use daily or close to it.
 
Everyday Staples.
- Millennium Sport MVP ( best multi in the world )
- Millennium Sport ZMK ( best mineral formula in the world )
- Millennium Sport Athlytes

I'll also use MST Krill oil, Evomuse GutHealth and MST Enzym, just got done running a couple bottles of NR ( Niagen ) Also been really digging the new version of Slintensity ( Evomuse ) gonna run Adrenosurge from BPS as well starting next week.
