I probably should spread them a bit more. Problem is, I always wake up way late on weekends:p so my eating protocols get all jacked.

Sleeping in on your days off is good!! Make that first meal of the day count ;) then go back to Ewing normal sized meals every 3-4 hours the rest of the day :D

I did anther 45 mins of cardio later on at home - felt fat today. bTw Maintaing 3 logs at once is a mother fcuker...
 
I here ya, I'm setting up 2 blogs and posting on 2 logs, gets tough to keep up with the other logs and people I follow. But I always check in :)
 
I think I'm gonna do a stim detox starting tomorrow. As you all know I'm a big time stim junkie. Advice! Please!!!
 
Like anton stated, water and sleep was the first thing to come to mind.

Vit B, C, Niacin (although some don't like it), and amino acids are another reccomendation.

If caffeine was the stim you were using most, then you might expect some symptoms like headaches, fatigue, nausea, and maybe just a general ****ty feeling....but those should subside within a week or so.

Are you planning on supplementing with a stim-free product? I'd be curious to hear wich ones.

Also take it slow don't go cold turkey right away

I might look into focus by SNS. Other then that I'll prob buy bulks or NOW brands solos. I already have a bunch of stuff on hand. I'm mostly worried about being alert while at work... I'll be able to force my way thru the workouts no problem.
 
keep in mind that when you come off caffeine you will know how much your adrenals are run down. this means being super irritable. this is why i suggest nootropics to relax the CNS (rhodiola, ginseng, ashwaganda). other than that in a week or so you'll be back to normal. if the adrenals are really f!cked get some isocort ($28 on amazon)

I'm pretty sure my adrenals are fcuked. There's been a few times i forget my morning dose of stims on off days and I'm just lost and miserable. I've been using for over 8 years and I'm only 23 :/

are you talking about focus XT? it has 200mg caffeine :-/
ive never found ANYTHING non stimulant that will make me "alert" or more "awake".

yeah all 3 is the best way to go. make sure to get asian ginseng.

Looking like some pretty strong boobs buddy :) I WILL be adding BCAA's soon, I just want to maximize my cart so i only have to order once. I'll order later on in the month or so, and as for that stim, DK anything about it:/ sadly i'm quite new to supps

22 April - Day one of weening off stims, FML

I was gonna start another log but since I'm worried how this is gonna effect my training I'm just gonna do it here. Plus all my peeps are already sub'd here, lol

Woke up at 11am ate breakfast. Since I slept in a little late I already had one of those caffeine headaches :/

One hour later I had 1.5 scoops WYKED and headed to the gym for cardio. I felt the WYKED kicking in 15 mins after taking. I new it was working b/c the headache went away :)

Workout was a breeze. I didn't feel stimmed out but definitely had enough energy and the WYKED was enough to over come that god forsaken headache.

Cardio - 20 mins HIT treadmill action sprint 30-40 seconds then walk 90 seconds

Stair master- also did HiT same pattern as above

Ended it with 10 mins of light elliptical action. Then 10 more on the treadmill.

So... Tomorrow I will do just one scoop pre workout since 1.5 was enough to get me thru 60 mins of cardio.

I'm gonna try and make it thru the rest of the day without any stims since I'm off work. If it gets bad I'll prob take one scoop WYKED of just 100mg caffeine.

This is only day one but still a major cut back for me.
 
good luck bro. I been drinking coffee daily for 30 years...I surely will die if I went off all stims. I have to cycle off soon...when my wyked runs out....going to go with a non stim PWO of citrulline Mallate , AAKG and Beta Alanine....

Yeah I doubt I'll ever get down to zero stims lol! Least I can do is cut back for a while.

But I save about 2000 a year making it with this 250 dollar maker I picked up for a 100 from a store going out of business. I grind 8 clock coffee to espresso and that last about month and cost 8 bucks. I use Light Choc Soy Milk, 2 oz, last around 2 weeks, cost 4 dollars.

I was buying the same stuff at starbucks for almost 7 dollars a drink. Everyday. Got expensive......

Now I spend my 2000 on chic so I can get focking swoll mofo.....

took about 4 tea bags (ok, that's a little homo), but I got it. Yuh.

Put some cake batter protein in there to sweeten it up and it was focking good.

I'm LOVING the Greek yogurt! I've been mixing sugar free pudding in that sheeet and eating it pre w/o

Higher in protein yes. Lacks calcium though...something to consider in the BB world.

Most yogurts have a lower % of calcium then 30 and the rest are calcium fortified, which means the add the calcium to the product to make it appear more nutritious. Greek yogurt is a better option in my opinion
 
Wow, :D ill be buying myself some greek yogurt asap. Thats a great dieting meal. The protein in there, anyone know if its casein?
 
Reason I asked, is I usually have cottage cheese before bed. So this could be a replacement:D

Also I have a question for you all.

Would Ecdy and Dexaprine be ok to stack?

I haven't used Dexaprine YET. I force is sending me some along with T33 to log. EDCY would stack well with any fat burner since ECDY should assist you in leaning out.

It has both. Cottaage cheese will have more casein IIRC.

G.Y. is milk protein from non-fat milk, it's great.

I've only used bulk bcaa :) I know Judo likes xtend. I don't even know what's in dexa, lol are the ingredients on NP?
