I here ya, I'm setting up 2 blogs and posting on 2 logs, gets tough to keep up with the other logs and people I follow. But I always check in![]()

Like anton stated, water and sleep was the first thing to come to mind.
Vit B, C, Niacin (although some don't like it), and amino acids are another reccomendation.
If caffeine was the stim you were using most, then you might expect some symptoms like headaches, fatigue, nausea, and maybe just a general ****ty feeling....but those should subside within a week or so.
Are you planning on supplementing with a stim-free product? I'd be curious to hear wich ones.
keep in mind that when you come off caffeine you will know how much your adrenals are run down. this means being super irritable. this is why i suggest nootropics to relax the CNS (rhodiola, ginseng, ashwaganda). other than that in a week or so you'll be back to normal. if the adrenals are really f!cked get some isocort ($28 on amazon)
I might look into focus by SNS. Other then that I'll prob buy bulks or NOW brands solos. I already have a bunch of stuff on hand. I'm mostly worried about being alert while at work... I'll be able to force my way thru the workouts no problem.
are you talking about focus XT? it has 200mg caffeine :-/

I'm pretty sure my adrenals are fcuked. There's been a few times i forget my morning dose of stims on off days and I'm just lost and miserable. I've been using for over 8 years and I'm only 23 :/

But I save about 2000 a year making it with this 250 dollar maker I picked up for a 100 from a store going out of business. I grind 8 clock coffee to espresso and that last about month and cost 8 bucks. I use Light Choc Soy Milk, 2 oz, last around 2 weeks, cost 4 dollars.
I was buying the same stuff at starbucks for almost 7 dollars a drink. Everyday. Got expensive......
Now I spend my 2000 on chic so I can get focking swoll mofo.....

I haven't used Dexaprine YET. I force is sending me some along with T33 to log. EDCY would stack well with any fat burner since ECDY should assist you in leaning out.

I think I'll probably try it out, Dexa and Ecdy seems like it'd be great after the DS stack. But, is there anything in Dexa that I'd need to worry about?
