I don't believe in humility for the sake of humility, there is a time and place for it. If I may be so objective and forthcoming for a brief moment, writing is easily my defining and irrefutably most profound proficiency in life that offers both great reward, and great stimulation.

No other endeavor I've ever involved myself in, no matte the fire of intensity in devotion I exercised, has ever approached the level of prowess and innate talent I manifest when able to communicate through the written, spoken, or theatrically performed word. Well, thanks staked good to know I'm on the right track:) usually I do a press, side raise, rear delt fly sometimes a few extra for side and rear because im lacking:/
 
Most everyone I know LOVES training shoulders... I don't get it, I like them, but arms and chest are in a league of their own as far as I'm concerned. Well, I guess once my bodyfat gets really low and I can see those striations and veins that will change.

I have wet dreams about arm, chest and back day. Legs are fun when I'm in the mood and on a roll. Shoulders are meh.. They take a whopping 30 mins to train..
 
What up peoples!

The upper portion of my chest seems to be my biggest fault. I incline DB press the hell out of them too. I also use a variety of angles. I'm about to givew up.
 
Dont give up! It will develope.

It's discouraging to say the least. I'm waiting on some DHEA and Ecdymorph. Maybe that'll give me a little extra boost I need to keep going. I'm 46 tomorrow, I seriously need to see a doctor to run a hormone panel.
 
I think 6% bodyfat but i could be wrong....
 
I got TWO tickets this weekend, in the same day....... ***gots. 10mph over, and the second one I was in a construction zone supposedly. UGH. Just wanted to tell you. Both homos were true jerks. They see me, my car, and my size, and just write the ticket. Sorry I don't have boobs and blond hair I can flip.

hows that ecdy treating you, what kind of gains could be expected??

staying natty for a bit, just looking for something to give me a little boost
 
I've read mixed results with ecdysterone. Nonetheless, it's been on the 'want to try' list for a while.

I didn't know a pump was part of the results, sugar on top I guess!

It seems to be hit or miss with some. It's pretty much the only supplement I'm using now and I love it. Nice steady gains. Nothing crazy but I notice increased pumps, muscle fullness, recovery and vascularity. I haven't gained any real noticeable LBM but it's still a good product IMO.

What is the molecular weight of the ecdy used in this product, does it absorb in the suggested dosages efficiently through the sub-lingual glands? I am certain it isn't the crystallized EcdyMorph, and it might not even be the 98% extract, I forget, but hopefully the source they use has at least been pulverized to reduce particle size. I like the theory and delivery technique employed with this supplement, just trying to look into the practicality and quality of design is all.
 
Start at 100mg and go from there. Tbh I did a week at 200 and felt like I was on some kinda PH. Take 50mg pre workout on arm day and tell you how the pump is.
I took 50mg 30 minutes Pre-WO. My wife and I are childless this week so it was a very short work out, we're honeymooning. I did 4 set of weighted dips, 2 sets of IDB, and 2 sets of DB overhead extentions. I had an unbelievable feeling of fullness(for such a short wo) in my triceps and my chest looked swollen in the mirror. I may bump up to 150mg/day just to see what will happen.
