Most everyone I know LOVES training shoulders... I don't get it, I like them, but arms and chest are in a league of their own as far as I'm concerned. Well, I guess once my bodyfat gets really low and I can see those striations and veins that will change.

The upper portion of my chest seems to be my biggest fault. I incline DB press the hell out of them too. I also use a variety of angles. I'm about to givew up.

I have wet dreams about arm, chest and back day. Legs are fun when I'm in the mood and on a roll. Shoulders are meh.. They take a whopping 30 mins to train..

It seems to be hit or miss with some. It's pretty much the only supplement I'm using now and I love it. Nice steady gains. Nothing crazy but I notice increased pumps, muscle fullness, recovery and vascularity. I haven't gained any real noticeable LBM but it's still a good product IMO.

I took 50mg 30 minutes Pre-WO. My wife and I are childless this week so it was a very short work out, we're honeymooning. I did 4 set of weighted dips, 2 sets of IDB, and 2 sets of DB overhead extentions. I had an unbelievable feeling of fullness(for such a short wo) in my triceps and my chest looked swollen in the mirror. I may bump up to 150mg/day just to see what will happen.Start at 100mg and go from there. Tbh I did a week at 200 and felt like I was on some kinda PH. Take 50mg pre workout on arm day and tell you how the pump is.

Was kinda spent after that. Did some calfs and staggered to my car. somehow made it home without crashing.
Usually hit 365 for 6-8 reps but was a little tired today and it's been a few weeks since my reps were under 12 for legs.
