So You Want Some Hemavol Samples?!?!?!

I had a good time watching all these. Im not as big a Sunny fan as I think I would be if I really started watching it more often.

and just a simple trick to make sure you get the most out of your hemavol, water is very important with this product, with the GMS, the more water the better. you dont necessarily have to add more water while mixing it up, but try to drink a little extra before the gym/during your workouts ;)

lol well man, I have everything sent to my work because it gets delivered to our shipping office so it doesn't matter if I'm not home. I didn't realize this would just be a letter, or I would have given you my home address. Although, I'm not sure what difference that would make, because they should have delivered the letter here, too.

Anyway, what happened was on Thursday, last week, I got a slip that said USPS tried to deliver but couldn't and they'd redeliver. I've never seen that here, but apparently it was resolved.

The gang would not stand for this type of treatment...
