My buddy brought his over to let us use for awhile. It's pretty cool..my kids dig it. And I like tennis!

That particular moment on TV was an episode of The Dead Zone.

Ya I love the wii its really fun and a different kind of system...its a great change up

First tennis of the yr in the books. It was..interesting. Definitely a smidge rusty, esp the serve. And of course I wasn't moving as well as I wanted to, but just focusing mainly on strokes and hand/eye coordination, getting the feel back. My wife looked great out there, and my son & daughter both looked sharp too..guess it was just me looking rough! :o Fun 2hrs tho..
On the food intake side today: throwing in a low carb/lower cal day today, carbs w/ first 2 meals only (100g total), fibrous only over next 4 (no 7th meal today)..here's a nice low-carb dish, one of my favs..

5oz 96% lean beef
1 whole egg, 4 whites
1.5 cups broccoli

Yeah more meals will start looking like that as I start to whittle the carbs back and slice & dice things..weight's still hovering @204-205, time to make my move..

Day #19
Thinking this will be the last day I run the product X. This lethargy is just kicking my yang, can't deal with it anymore. Did well today just to keep up with my recent strength increases on bench/rows 3x10's -- and that was murder! I'm whooped..and have to go run a USP demo here soon. :684:
Other supp issues of note: ran out of Pslin the other day, still haven't gotten my package (no Prime), so USP product being run as of tomorrow is AP/PowerFULL/SuperCissus/Recreate/Jack3d.
On a plus note: not as sore as I thought I was gonna be after tennis. First time out running around on the concrete usually jars me for a day, but I'm feeling fine in the legs/back this morning.

The serve is the thing that goes the fastest; it must take the most technique and is least natural feeling to me. Glad to hear you got the whole family out there though; that's how I started.

A fun low-carb meal I've been making is 1 egg, 1c. Egg whites, spread thin over a large skillet. Sprinkle peper, herbs, etc. on top and it's sorta like a fluffy pancake... Sort of, just better :)

Addendum: The reason for adding the egg in is flavour, but also for enzymes since your egg whites are most likely pasteurized.
 
Nice sounding take on eggs there..I've been doing the whole egg+6-8 whites+red & green peppers mix too, that's quick & tasty. I've always eaten lots of eggs in my diet.
When I make omelettes for the fam I throw in ham & cheese..and when I really want to splurge I'll toss in ham & cream cheese with chive in mine! :biglaugh:

I think a massive eating/bodybuilder chef on the food network is long overdue. Guys need to eat too! The BBQ guy is pretty close :) Perhaps they could have a show on how to pre-cook/bulk cook for the busy folks.

I agree completely. I love the Food Network, but most of the stuff they prepare on that channel is not bodybuilder friendly. :(

It was a pleasant surprise to read about your 10x3 superset workouts - that is my all-time favourite setup for a routine. I'm constantly telling people to look into it.

It's been a long while since I last ran 10x3's. I do like it a lot tho, serious strength gains for sure.
 
Day #21
Started up Month #3 of the Freak plan..strength continues to blaze, lethargy was still present. I liked the choice & flow of exercises today. Considering turning the drop sets into more of a DC protocol w/ rest/pause sets instead, but did the drops today. Pump was off the chain, I mean the chest looked crazy.. :) Lateral raise felt great!! Haven't done that exercise in weeks..

Day #22
FT upon rising for squats/calves and flyes/hammer curls (I'm substituting flyes for prescribed pec dec)..had a bit more energy this morning, bulled thru everything, pretty spent tho..nutrition will be another low-carb/low-cal day; breakfast/postWO meal was 2 scoops protein, 1 ginormous banana, 3 rice cakes, fronted by AP. BCAA intake surrounding WO was 40g.
 
Yeah that is true! I can be so fed up with food and the whole process of eating and then smoke a doob and BAM I am hungry almost instantly! I does make me want to steer away from the good foods sometimes though:dunno:
 
Now if there was only a type of weed that didn't make people stupid we'd be set lol
