My bio-rythms are high zenith this morning!! On a natural high here. Incredible workout yesterday morning, legendary sex last night, and a stupendous cardio session this morning!!

going into hardening portion of the diet for 5-7 days, figure it's a good time to tighten things up after last night's foray..
ahh, wasn't too bad really. did have a bit of pasta tho, linguine w/ shrimp, chicken and sausage in an alfredo sauce..had some fried calamari too, lightly breaded. broccoli to help out a bit.
weight was actually right @200 this morning, surprisingly.
so anyway, the satfat is eliminated from the shakes for now, and it's 6 meals/day (no MassMaker). BCAA's are back in play pre/intra/post workout.

Looks alot like German Volume training except just one exercise. I had great results on that routine. Log is looking good snag; I can't match TG's enthusiasm but I'm dedicated and am always reading. Keep up the solid workouts!

yup, one of the facets I bring to many of my training schematics is static weight x reps x sets format. I'm a huge fan.Now that is the way to get a pump. Only other difference between that and GVT is they se a 4-0-2 tempos and the same weight all the way through the workout. Honestly I got such good results from that.
@ 53min today, inc. abs & cardio. kept rests @90sec thruout for inclines till last 3 sets (20 sec rests for those); 60sec for flyes, 45sec for abs.However I don't think I could do it with todays NO supps. I got so full and pumped from that without any NO supps I think my skin would split doing it now. That and I don't have the time to commit in the gym. Those workouts took some time to complete. Although if you still want to grow and your tendons are feeling shot GVT is right up your alley. Workout just takes more than 60 minutes.

leg extension ss w/ leg curl, 2x10-12
standing BB calf raises, 3x15-20 (toes straight/out/in)
rests at 90sec for squats/deads, 60sec for extension/curl ss, and 60sec for calves.

was one of them sessions where you don't realize how hard you're going, you're just zoned in, workmanlike effort, and then pow! you realize sweat is just dripping profusely in your eyes, stinging, and you're like 'whoa, guess I am having a good workout!'

DB front raises, 3x10-12
DB laterals, 2x12
bent DB raises, to front 2x12
DB shrugs, 3x15
20min moderate cardio.
