Funny thing about nipples....I never cared much for a gal messing with em (much more concerned about messing with hers, as I'm sure you can relate), but ever since I've had gyno develop (not during aggravation periods, now that it's dormant I mean) I love it. Guess there's more than one reason for the term "b!tch tits" :salook:

Dbz def f'd me up as a kid. Every character on that show was built like Mr. Olympia, & when you're 7 years old & your cartoon heroes look like that, it's going to leave a deep subconscious mark on your psyche. You grow up wanting to be big & strong, only to realize later that all the images you've ever looked up to in the comics & superheroes (nevermind athletes from the time) were unattainable naturally. And then you come to a point where you either decide to push your natural limits as far as you can take them, or defy nature & change your hormones.

How romantic.

and the son was here this w/e..he loves steak, so grilled up some eye of round for us, we got ~5oz pieces each here

thinking about things as we're slightly past halfway point, yet heading into homestretch final approach..
in review, there have been couple things I have learned in this best-I've-ever-had prep, very valuable knowledge gained and continued intellectual growth;
of all the things I am doing differently, I feel there is obvious effective synergy going on..that said:

1) if I could pick one thing that stands out it would be not just the added cardio every other day, but the specific way/time I am doing it, and following with bed on empty stomach (BCAA+SAA and G8 withstanding)
2) dietary maneuvering has been slightly tweaked, with an even better understanding of my own body in the approach of lowering fats/raising carbs thruout as well as nailing appropriate caloric levels for my goals
3) adding a more potent hormonal attack has exponentially increased the effectiveness of my results; I have also made the right switch of compounds at the right times, swapping (and bridging/carrying over) things from one to another with notable increased action at each change..odd observation: every time I make a switch, I go thru ~ a week period of ridiculous constant morning wood and all-night-long wood (at least I think so, as it's always there when I awake in the night couple times, so it's either that or i'm having some sexy dreams these days) :D

I will revisit this "what I have learned" segment and review again at the end, but unless we add something I really do not expect these things to change
 
Lol how could I forget the food porn?! I actually grilled up a few snags inspired peppers last night while I was grilling my chicken for the week.

Interesting and I too have been experiencing the nightly rods since changing over to the stronger compounds...

these might be the last for awhile, had every intention of going into hiding by 6-week out mark..altho, after 5yrs I now know how to set up the self-timer on this cam - it's actually got a shyte-ton of options you can play with, I just never read manual :o
may have to play around with the new toy and pose a lil

Yah spent a bit of time explaining to one guy I train who was all jazzed about his strength gains while he actually is looking a bit portly to me. Focus in on why you are doing this I say to him. Diet is definitely not on the money. If I was training him as a powerlifter not as much of a big deal. If you want to make changes in your body then there are other things you need to focus on. I was a bit hard on him at first so I told him that the gains were probably from the improvement he has made in his form.

lookit dat upper chest, very pleased..arms are dialing in nicely..dunno what that last pic was all about, angle was off horribly as I was trying to get a tri shot, but I thought it looked interesting anyway and really did not feel like taking another pic
weight still 190 - I think the size (and weight to a small extent) is getting ready to rise a tad, at no expense to my continued course to reach ~3% bf or less..it is a good day (you guys see the smile? LOL)

Yah it's a don't fug with me smile :) the best kind. I am thinking if you scare the judges wouldn't that give you higher scores, I mean it's about being big and scary ain't it... unless there is a pretty little lady judge... she gets a smile... and a wink :)

thanks all - this is simply fun shyte, having a blast thru this..funnest prep I've ever done - and I have always enjoyed the whole prep process anyway, is my fav part of training/preparing, but this is on whole nother level!
 
Yeah you do have a bit of bass in your voice, I am sure you can do a pretty good impression if you try.

I think we all wish we had his money.

You can definitely tell you are enjoying this prep which is great since at the beginning you seemed uneasy about the outcome with the Hemorrhoid issues. You definitely are looking the best I have seen you at this stage before. Looking at your pics I continue to hope I am looking as good as you at one month out. If so I will be extremely confident going into my show.

Chest and delt striations much more pronounced since last pics. Vascularity improving in the arms (from what I can see in the tri shot). Things going well. Any stubborn areas you have any concern with at this point?
