thinking about things as we're slightly past halfway point, yet heading into homestretch final approach..
in review, there have been couple things I have learned in this best-I've-ever-had prep, very valuable knowledge gained and continued intellectual growth;
of all the things I am doing differently, I feel there is obvious effective synergy going on..that said:
1) if I could pick one thing that stands out it would be not just the added cardio every other day, but the specific way/time I am doing it, and following with bed on empty stomach (BCAA+SAA and G8 withstanding)
2) dietary maneuvering has been slightly tweaked, with an even better understanding of my own body in the approach of lowering fats/raising carbs thruout as well as nailing appropriate caloric levels for my goals
3) adding a more potent hormonal attack has exponentially increased the effectiveness of my results; I have also made the right switch of compounds at the right times, swapping (and bridging/carrying over) things from one to another with notable increased action at each change..odd observation: every time I make a switch, I go thru ~ a week period of ridiculous constant morning wood and all-night-long wood (at least I think so, as it's always there when I awake in the night couple times, so it's either that or i'm having some sexy dreams these days)
I will revisit this "what I have learned" segment and review again at the end, but unless we add something I really do not expect these things to change
